A lovely little house, typical of the Bassin area, located at the back of the garden on our property, with its own separate entrance and outdoor parking. It is located 15 minutes from the ocean beaches, 10 minutes from the Dune du Pyla and Arcachon and close to the city center of La Teste. It has a floor area of 32 m² and a terrace. Rated 3 stars It is comfortable and well equipped for a pleasant and peaceful stay. This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Ideal for two people, a sofa bed allows two extra beds. Guests can also enjoy a terrace (with plancha) and an outdoor garden.

The self-contained accommodation is located in the garden of our house. It is 100 m from the duckboard leading to the supervised beach of L'Horizon. The cul-de-sac provides access to the coastal path, for beautiful walks along the tip of CAP FERRET. The market, the city centre and the pier are a 1km walk away.
