Appartement duplex cosy Arc 1800

Located in Charmettoger (Aiguille Grive 1), this small cozy duplex is quiet and skis on the doorstep. Well equipped, it offers quality services and has never been rented. At the foot of the slopes, it is 3 minutes from the ski schools and the Vagère + Transarc chairlift. Direct access 1600 and 2000, Peisey Vallandry. It offers: 1 closed bedroom (bed 140 cm), a children's area with 2 beds, a bathroom on the ground floor (bathtub, sink and toilet). Upstairs bathroom (toilet, sink and washing machine). Great family.

In the Pierra Menta residence, beautiful 30 m2 apartment for 5 people with Mont Blanc view. It consists of a mountain corner with 2 bunk beds and 1 pull-out bed, a double sofa bed in the living room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen. This studio, close to the slopes and shops, is located on the 6th floor of the residence, with a very clear view of Mont Blanc to the east Covered or uncovered parking below. LES ARCS 1800 SKIS WITH APARTMENT FEET

Ski studio renovated with all comforts in 2018, at the foot of the slopes. Located in the DRC with real direct access to the slopes. We are ideally located on the ground floor overlooking a private area with little traffic. In winter, you can put on your skis and store them on the terrace of the apartment in the trunk and go skiing directly. the building is a few metres from shops, the doctor's office and restaurants, ski courses and the kindergarten. Car-free resort. Everything nearby.

Located in Arc 1800, Charvet village, this beautiful comfortable studio of 30 square meters with balcony, equipped for 4/5 people, sunny (e.g. southwest), will seduce you by its ideal location in the heart of the Paradiski domain. Close to the slopes (departure skis at 50 m from the residence) and all shops and services, restaurants, ski hire and ski lifts, it offers an unobstructed view of the Tarentaise valley and can be rented at the same time as the nearby studio.

All shops and services are at the foot of the building. No car needed once you get there.

The living room is equipped with Bluetooth speaker TV, quick sofa sleeps 2. The kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, etc. lingue is not included in the rental

Apartment 4 to 5 people: 2 double beds 140 x 200 cm + 1 child bunk bed max 50 kg 60 x 200 cm in height (secured). Studio completely renovated by me in 2021, with a lot of heart. I'm thrilled to share it with you, hoping you'll enjoy the apartment and its amenities. Private booking available. Bed linen and towels not included, available for rent near the apartment ("All Services Galerie" concierge, arcs 1800).
