PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION AND THE "HOUSE RULES" BEFORE BOOKING. Rural house for 2, located in the semi-basement of a two-story house that I divided into two apartments. Each apartment has its own entrance door and private terrace. The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. And also, unlike the coast, you will find all the services: banks, pharmacies, health center, supermarkets, bars, craft shops, etc.

A very special house, due to its location, design and decoration. Located in the town of Las Negras, a 10-minute walk from the town and the beach. It borders the natural park in a totally quiet enclave where you can enjoy wonderful starry skies. The pool and outdoor seating area are totally private and face the Natural Park. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a movie projector, sports equipment, an outdoor kitchen, 2 fireplaces, etc.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy. The apartment is located on top of a hill and a 5-10 min walk from te beach and the boulevard with all restaurants and bars. The air bnb has a huge terrace (70m2) with a roofed dining area, lounge and a barbecue. The views are spectacular. You will live between the mountains with a fantastic pool- and seaview. Inside we have all equipment and service you need. Mojácar and it's surroundings has a lot to offer.
