Second time we've stayed here, everything perfect as always. Very clean and neat, with a very pleasant aroma throughout the apartment. Flexibility to check in and very central, supermarket next door. And communication with the host is always very cordial and fast. I'll come back whenever I need to ☺️👌

Very good option for couples, the room is the same as the photos, everything new and in excellent condition. It is close to supermarkets and pharmacies.

The apartment is as it appears in the photos, very easy check-in instructions, comfortable apartment ideal for couples, when we arrived everything was clean and impeccable. I stayed several nights and felt at home. There's a shop nearby that sells everything! And about 10 minutes from the center where there is a supermarket and shops. I would definitely stay here again. We felt very comfortable in the place. The place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Don Carlos was always very attentive and kind. We stayed for a month and felt right at home, we even changed the sheets, towels, and bath carpet every week at no extra cost. The condo is nice, quite quiet. It's in front of a forest and next to a small stream. I highly recommend this apartment, the only important thing to take into account is that you have to walk quite a lot for the center of Pucón, from 15 to 20 minutes, but it was heavy considering that sometimes one carries things. in addition, the entrance to the condominium is a hill, which although it is short, can run out quite if you are not carrying a car. However, despite that, it is a very comfortable place for long stays. Highly recommended!

The apartment's location is ideal for those who want to combine proximity to the center of Pucón and a quiet environment to rest, it is on a quiet street and lake shore with excellent views from the building's terrace, where you can enjoy quincho and jacuzzi. The apartment is really complete, with an excellent location with access to the lake, just like the photos. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Bicycles to explore a beautiful city, and several additional amenities. Boris is a spectacular host, always available. I would come back without thinking.

The apartment and condominium are very nice and have many services! The host was very nice and flexible with our needs. We recommend going by car to spend several days, to be able to take advantage of the common areas of the condominium and not have problems when moving inside and outside the condominium.
