Highly recommended! The location of the apartment is great, close to everything you need like it is mentioned in description. Everything was very clean and well equipped with great care for details. Asel is really great host, very polite and available for all question. She helped with the plane ticket and taxi to the airport. Simply - superb apartment, great host.

Wonderful house for 1 person or couple! The studio is very warm and inviting; the sweetest kitchen. On the street there is a wonderful lawn, silence, birds sing in the morning. There is a terrace with a dining table for warm weather. I highly recommend it to anyone who fits the size. To the center - a few minutes by car; on foot - 15 minutes. Richard and his representative Erkin are always available. Great place to stay!

Big, beautiful house in a gorgeous garden. Baytik is very convenient to drive to Ala-Archa national park. There is a good restaurant around the corner. Bakyt was the most lovely host, even though he spoke no English. Great facilities and beds, only drawback was low water pressure in shower.
