Fisher Bay Cottage - Close to Beach & Everything

Enjoy our relaxing bay cottage home! This spacious home is perfect for you to host a weekend getaway with your family or just a get-together fishing trip. Located only one block off the bay, a 10 minutes walk to the beach or downtown, & right across the street from a local bar & grill. This home is a combination of recently updated mixed with original Rockport charm that will work for any occasion. Made for entertaining or just some peace and quiet. Convenience is located around every corner! We will send you a private code that is good only during your stay. The front door sticks with the heating and cooling of the day. Please pull the door towards you when entering the code. Please DO NOT lock the door handle lock as this will lock you out of the house. You will be able to access all the rooms of the house except doors that are locked. There is a back yard section that is off limits. It will be labeled with do not enter. Thank you for respecting those boundaries. Reach out to us if you have any questions. We do not live in Rockport, please contact us if there is an emergency of any sort. We have local help if needed Our Cottage is just a 10 min walk or a couple minutes drive to Rockport Beach and Downtown Rockport. The bay is only 1 block away across Broadway street great for watching the sun rise, fishing, or bird watching. Poor Man Country Club is directly across the street from the cottage and has good bar food and drinks if you choose. Easy parking at Fisher Bay Cottage and short walk to Rockport Beach and Downtown Rockport. You can rent a Golf Cart during your visit or drive your car around.

Everything you need for an easy stay--nothing you don't ;-) Neat, clean and comfy. Keurig machine and pods for the morning go juice--fully furnished kitchen, clean beds with soft sheets. Games and books in living room, beach chairs, ice chest and water toys in garage along with gas bbq grill. Close proximity to Aransas Pass Aquatic Center, quick drive to Port A ferry, Rockport, Conn Brown Harbor, Ingleside and HEB's in either direction! Boat or RV parking in back yard. From the house, the ferry to Port Aransas is 8 minutes, Rockport 9 miles and Corpus Christi is about 15 minutes with the airport only 28 minutes. Additional onsite boat parking with outdoor plug and water hose. Fenced backyard. Clean and comfortable even for workers. Outdoor seating with shade and BBQ grill.

This is a charming little one bedroom home in Aransas Pass, Tx that is only minutes away from the ferry that takes you to Port Aransas beaches! We’re surrounded by many local favorite fishing areas, boat launches and kayaking areas that Aransas Pass has to offer. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Two blocks from The Harbor, boat launching and ferry to Port Aransas. This house has a large backyard and plenty of driveway space for your cars, boats or golf carts. For your entertainment we have added a game room equipped with ping pong and poker/card table with cards , poker chips and an assortment of board games . It also has bar area with four bar stools .
