Honestly, had an amazing time celebrating my sister’s birthday!! The condo was in a perfect location walking distance to the local shops. The pier was amazing. Thank you so much for allowing us to check in a little bit earlier. Until next time Laguna Reef.!!

Great location close to everything we needed to get to. Very quiet and peaceful with parking in front of the unit. Friendly and safe community. Will rebook on our next trip in a couple of weeks.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachside condo! It was cozy, well-decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The host was kind and very responsive throughout our stay. And if you’re looking for the best possible view—look no further. The ocean view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking and truly sets this place apart. Highly recommend for a peaceful and scenic beach getaway!

My stay was beautiful the location was perfect for what I wanted to do. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family anytime going to corpus. The host was super responsive and helped me out so much with my stay I would give the host a five star rating for their communication and guidance for thru out my stay. Would definitely book again.

Every year, my family gets together for a fishing and beach trip; this was the first year we decided to try Rockport and this was the perfect place! We were close enough to restaurants, shops and groceries while still feeling like we had privacy and beautiful surroundings. Beth went above and beyond to make our stay great-even sending bakeware after I had made an inquiry about muffin pans! There were minor issues (like the pool waterfall going off or a broken fishing light) but Beth was always quick with responses and solutions so we never wanted for anything! I would highly recommend this listing and this stay! We enjoyed the pool, the kitchens and space to the maximum potential!

Michael was an awesome host. He was very accommodating and responded back quickly. My family and I have stayed at multiple beach houses but by far this home was the best. It was beautiful and had everything we needed! Definitely recommend staying here!!

Our stay was very quiet and peaceful - just what we were looking for. The water is in a short walking distance and you'll likely find yourself down at the water for much of the time, as we did. To drive to downtown Rockport, it's about a 12-minute drive. Not too bad.

Our experience at Jon-Marc and Gigi’s Airbnb was nothing short of spectacular. This beach home is packed with style and class. You will notice the attention to design and great taste throughout the house. Also, the home 100% lived up to the photos. I cannot recommend more, nor commend Jon-Marc and Gigi more, for creating such a great home. The location for enjoying the beach is perfect at marker 42. Driveway is rather large so we were able to squeeze 4 vehicles and 2 golf carts with some Tetris skills. Views of the surf from 2nd and 3rd floors. Pool was fresh and clean, perfect for the kids to play while adults get needed r&r. Landscaping beautiful and well kept. There is a garage to aid in storing your beach gear overnight. Tons of comfortable beds, things to do, and places to chill. Upon first walkthrough you will realize you made the right choice. Thank you Jon Marc and Gigi for helping us create beautiful family memories in your beautiful home!

The house was beautiful and just as described! The pool was amazing and relaxing. We caught a couple undersized reds and black drum from the pier at night! 10 out of 10 would recommend this house for a relaxing vacation!

Absolutely beautiful view. We loved sitting on the back deck watching the birds fish in the water. The breeze off the water and the shade makes it tolerable even during the day. Lovely stay, friendly responsive host.

This house is ideal to enjoy some quality time on the beach with family. So close to the water and all the amenities that this listing offers makes it very convenient to spend time on the beach and just relax. Good Job Team Starkey! Yes just like to brag on Clayton. Communication skills threw the roof. Travel all the time but this is by far best. Our orignal booking got cancel. Me panicking becuase its vacation plus my wife birthday. So i gave it another shot and Clayton responded fast. Told me let hm check to make sure it was a go. Call back 10 min later told everything was good. I told him i was leaving cypress tx and would arrived in 3hr. That man said he was going to get the place touch up and it would be ready when i got their. Again he held his word and made it happened. We arrived and the house ,location,cleanest,view,ICE COLD AIR, JUST EVERTHING WAS A 10X10. Met Clayton thank him and unpacked our bags. 3 bed 2 1/2 bath will be our always to go to home when we are in rockport. Booking and pictures can be so tricky on these site but this is spot on and Clayton for president in my book. We will return befor the end of summer. POOL SUPER CLEAN

Wonderful condo! Great location and the condo had everything we needed. It was large enough for us all to spread out and have our own space. The beds are super comfy and the master shower is amazing. We loved being right next to the walkway to the beach and right across from the pool. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. One of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in.

This was our second stay at this great condo in Rockport. We love the clean unit and easy access to the pier. Would recommend!

After months of hard work mikes places is exactly what I needed for me and my family , watching the sunrise with a coffee was great but the late night fishing was everything, overall my family had a wonderful time

This is a beachfront condo you can walk to the beach. That was a plus since we had our 2 grandkids with us. The condo was spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. We will definitely book this condo again in the future.

Great space for a family of 6 adults and 2 kids. Family with kids downstairs allowed privacy and upstairs we enjoyed the extra balcony! Beautiful space right on the water, comfy couches, and overall clean when we walked in. The host was very quick to respond and accommodating when I had questions or concerns. There is no fishing net, so bring your own! We missed a pretty big flounder for not being prepared, but still caught some drum and little reds. Loved being able to fish right off the dock. Only suggestions I have is to add some extra chairs at the dining table because some are missing and the door lock makes a loud noise if you leave it open for too long. Locks on the bedroom doors would allow for more privacy. One cabinet in the kitchen doesn’t close all the way but not a big deal! I would stay again!

We had a great stay overnight. Older property but neat and tidy. The pool area and boardwalk/beach was beautiful!! We would love to stay again next time. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We absolutely loved staying here at the Pigeon House in the Alley Cats Flip Flop Flats! The view of the water and sunrise was fantastic, we all couldn't stop staring out at the view every time we were "home." And I loved that it was within walking distance to a McDonald's, Walgreens and just across the street from an HEB (super easy to drive to pick up orders or any items needed). All our kids loved it and enjoyed the stay - it was peaceful, beautifully decorated with many furniture pieces hand-painted by the hostess! And just perfect for our family. Thank you to Greg and Lupe, y'all are doing amazing!

Amber’s Place Beachfront Condo was great. A beautiful location, the Condo was very well kept and spotless. The beds were all comfortable. Having a nice view to wake up to every morning was wonderful. The host Lori was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. The resort itself is currently undergoing some renovations but had no impact on our stay and everything including both pools were still accessible. The location cannot be beat being right on North Beach in Corpus the USS Lexington and Texas State Aquarium were less than a mile and tons of lil shops and beach side restaurants and bars in walking distance. Would definitely stay again in the future.
