Comfortable studio with everything needed to live, rest or work. Studio is situated near the city center, only 15 minutes walking distance to the main center of Yerevan. 3rd floor of the house, with a terrace and wonderful view to the city. Though it’s central place, you can enjoy your time in the green garden and smell fresh air, because the house is situated in the middle of many gardens. We planned the studio and equipped it with everything guests might need.

Located in the heart of the city center this bright and cozy studio offers comfort and all the necessary amenities. The studio is located on the ground floor and has its own bathroom and entrance from the yard. All the main shopping streets, restaurants and supermarkets are right in the corner (1 min walk to the Opera, 5-10 min walk to the Cascade and Republic square). All the best of Armenia is just next doors :)
