I loved the accommodation, apartment is complete, very clean and welcoming, the condominium is very good! It's close. I definitely recommend it, very kind hosts respond quickly, extremely polite!

The stay was great. The place is easy to find, the check in was quick. The apartment is clean and compliant with the photos, the kitchen has all necessary utensils and the spacious and clean bathroom. I did not use the pool area, but I recommend the apartment, even at the next opportunity I will return. Point to improve: The only difficulty was the parking lot, as it is very crowded and we were unable to park inside the hotel, the car spent the days and nights on the street (This is not for the hostess, only with informative content).

The location is great, quiet and beautiful, close to restaurants and shopping. The apartment is very functional, everything is clean and organized. A great point was having air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. The host was super polite and responded promptly. It was super worth it.

At first it was a little hard to find, but we soon found it and we didn't have any problems anymore, a great house and she always ready to assist us, on the way out we needed more time and understood and helped us, very grateful and sure to return to Caldas, we would stay again.

The house is really as advertised! Good! The check in was quite time-consuming, there was only one attendant at the reception and it took a long time! The kitchen items of the house are very few (pans, glasses and forks) as we stayed much of the day away from home and we did not have dinner in the house, it answered us! However, if it's a family that needs to cook it doesn't answer! Even because the stove is of two mouths only! The structure and security of the site is impressive! A single caveat is for scares that we took inside the house (our door was open) and suddenly people were screaming at the door to sell Lagoa Park tickets! I think the personal approach almost inside the house is not good! The house served us very well!! Even with some caveats, We Like!

My stay was very pleasant and peaceful, the place is a super peaceful environment, clean condominium, polite, helpful staff who keep the environment around the pool clean. There is always a pool that is open 24 hours, but it is very quiet. I think what disturbs it is the lack of common sense of the other guests around, but nothing that would cause discomfort. Igor's apartment is cute, refrigerator working, extra mattress for sofa bed, a single bed in the bedroom that already has a double bed, stove working, air and television. Nothing to complain about and clean. It is very clear that I should take my bed linen and blankets, I took my pan and I made my own food, I left the environment as I entered and as he instructed me to clean it when I left. Basic and clear if you follow the ad. Thank you in advance for your trust in lending us the place for these days! I'll be back as soon as I can. Note: Visit the Japanese Garden, a beautiful place in the neighborhood.

I liked it a lot, very quiet place, very family, lots of birds in the morning, warm pool, despite being surrounded by nature, there were no mosquitoes at night, everything was very nice. I missed a shovel to pick up the trash and also skewers for barbecue, the grill worked, but the handle is a little broken. The rest was really nice. Thank you, I plan to return in the future.

The space is very comfortable and very well furnished, the cleaning was very good!! The condominium is very quiet and it felt like I was alone in the building lol. The location was perfect, close to the main restaurants. I just didn't like the entrance to the garage, I thought it was tight, because I had to make a half-closed turn. I also noticed that there was a house nearby that was under renovation and the street was a little noisy, but nothing that would disturb my sleep too much.

Lira, Leela's daughter, was amazing, she responded very quickly with everything we needed. The accommodation was impeccable when we arrived, with a lot of coverage, which was great because it was very cold, we took some bedding, but it was wonderful to feel the care and we ended up using it because ours did not supply the cold. The suite had everything we needed, our dog loved the space and the greenery of the place, our only concern was whether she would escape through the gap in the gate, but it was not something that hindered us, and we were soon able to resolve it. The location for us who went by car was excellent, we will definitely come back because we loved the experience, one of our best here on the app. Thank you so much for the wonderful reception!!!

The weekend was excellent. The location of the house: within the city, but far enough away to be silent, was exactly what we were looking for. The decor of the house is very charming. The rooms are comfortable (mattresses and pillows), as well as dark and quiet, that is perfect for restorative nights of sleep! We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The farm is excellent, a large space surrounded by hills. The house is huge, it has all kinds of kitchen utensils, and the housekeeper is super proactive and helpful.

It is already the 2nd time we stayed at Thermas Place at Apto 815 do Juliano. We Like the apto, the TV (movie channels), air conditioning, hot shower, minibar, everything working optimally well! Comfortable queen bed! That tasteful smell of cleanliness! The pools are heated and are always clean. I brought bedding, towels and pillow as usual. It was offered by Thermas Place breakfast for kg and lunch (Marmitex and executive dish $30.00). About the host, Juliano nothing to complain, he is always available! We'll be back soon! Thank you!

The house is well structured, it served our family well, we were in 14 people. The location by car is very close to the center of Piri. Including, for the most animated, it is possible to walk. There are markets nearby. We were able to watch movies via an app that was already installed on TV. The leisure area is very pleasant. There are two kitchens, one in the leisure area and the other inside the house. The garage was the 4 cars. Suggestions for improvements were passed on to the owner during the stay.

The GPS of the app sent us to a location that had no hotel. Because we don't have the address , we were afraid. I couldn't communicate with the hostess on my cell phone, but we were able to share the other guest. Immediately she answered and gave us the address. It was the only drawback. The accommodation was quiet and corresponds to what was offered.
