Holiday rentals with a patio in Aradippou

Door een klein foutje per ongeluk via een ander profiel geboekt, de host heeft hierop heel snel gereageerd en de situatie opgelost. Aangename mensen die zeer flexibel zijn en wiens accommodatie fenomenaal was! Zeer proper, zeer mooie omgeving en zeer duidelijk wat te doen en wat er allemaal beschikbaar is. Wij komen zeker terug :)

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Nicosia! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. The bed was very comfortable, and the place had all the necessary facilities for a smooth and relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better – super central yet peaceful, with a stunning rooftop terrace that we really enjoyed. Communication was clear and easy, and our host was friendly and helpful, even assisting us with renting a car. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back again! :)

Appartamento molto carino in pieno centro di Nicosia, visitabile a piedi, con locali e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Parcheggio comunale vicino alla struttura (0,50€ all’ora). Cucinotto, wifi, bagno pulito. Letto sul soppalco, ma con buono spazio per stare in piedi. Pratico self-check-in e buona comunicazione con la host, che ci ha permesso di anticipare il check-in di un’ora. Unica pecca è la luce che filtra al mattino dalle finestre. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. The host was friendly and responsive, which made everything easy. The location was convenient and quiet. Overall, a good experience – I would stay here again.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb in Mazotos! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet – genau wie beschrieben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der große Pool, den wir fast immer für uns alleine hatten. Er wurde einmal pro Woche gereinigt, was grundsätzlich ausreichte, auch wenn eine etwas häufigere Reinigung bei längeren Aufenthalten eventuell angenehm wäre. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig – ideal zum Entspannen. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und auch der Strand ist schnell erreichbar. Ohne Auto wäre es allerdings schwierig gewesen, sich fortzubewegen, daher würden wir definitiv empfehlen, eines zu mieten. Von Mazotos aus konnten wir problemlos verschiedene Städte wie Larnaca, Limassol und Nikosia erreichen, was tolle Tagesausflüge ermöglichte. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Airbnb – wir würden wiederkommen!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly exquisite and cozy experience! From the moment I arrived, I was absolutely charmed by this little gem of a place. The space is beautifully designed — warm, inviting, and thoughtfully decorated with delightful personal touches that make it feel like a true home away from home. Every corner exudes comfort and style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and every detail — from the ambient lighting to the perfectly equipped kitchen — was carefully curated for an exceptional stay. Communication with the host was seamless: attentive, welcoming, and full of helpful local tips. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Location-wise, it’s perfect — peaceful yet conveniently close to everything you might need or want to explore.

I’ve stayed for 2 months there. it’s good location, 1 minute walk to grocery store and 5 minutes to the sea. A lot of good restaurants nearby . House was clean with everything you need inside. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris’s place! The apartment is cozy, spotlessly clean, and full of unique interior details that give it a lot of charm. We felt very welcome and would highly recommend staying here. A small tip: as mentioned in some previous reviews, the location can be a bit tricky to find at first. We found that using “Here WeGo” maps works perfectly—it has the correct location.

Pola is a perfect host, and we felt right at home upon our arrival in Cyprus! A 15 minute drive to the house from Larnaka Airport and we were settled in for relaxation😌. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could need, comfy beds, spotless bathrooms, plus a handy outdoor shower for a quick post-beach rinse, and a private parking spot. A 3 minute walk straight to the coast gets you to a small staircase down to a quiet pebbly beach with beautiful clear waters and perfect temperature, especially in the morning since the wind tended to pick up a bit in the midday while we were there. Our favorite was to continue walking along the coast to the organized sandy beaches, namely Faros beach, where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, and has a bar for drinks and snacks. Very local and low-traffic, which was exactly what we were looking for! Take note that you would definitely need a car to visit Larnaka or for groceries, as there's only a small kiosk within walking distance!

Magnifique villa avec piscine ! Idéale pour une famille, il y a 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Maison très fonctionnelle, tout le nécessaire est présent, plein de rangement et plein d'adaptateurs électrique disponibles. Il y a un accès direct vers les commerces et la plage. Anastasia est très réactive, bonne communication.

Brilliant. Wonderful house.Great location, quiet and safe. Restaurants, bars , tavernas and a small shop all local. Craft and art museum a few yards away. Close to the university. Ancient historical remains and old wall . Also very close to Green Line and 20th century UN history.All very interesting .We walked everywhere and got the local bus 2 euros 40 on one occasion.; people so helpful. Turkish zone at pedestrian Lidras crossing. Take your passport to get into this area . Loved it.

We waren in de winter een weekje te gast bij Kamil. Een rustige plek, weg van de drukte, en een ontzettend lieve familie die ons gastvrij heeft onthaald. Meedenkend en een perfecte gastheer. Door omstandigheden kregen we zelfs een upgrade naar het appartement boven de woning van de familie!! Naar onze maatstaven heeft dit appartement in de tuin wel wat achterstallig onderhoud en mocht de keuken iets schoner zijn. Het is echter maar net wat je gewend bent. We werden ontvangen laat op oudejaarsavond, de kachel en de kaarsjes brandden al. De dagen daarna dronken we koffie met de familie, mochten we zoveel fruit uit de tuin nemen als we wilden en voelden we ons helemaal thuis. Het appartement boven de familie is een grote, ruime, comfortabele woning. We bevelen beide woningen aan!! Weg van het massa toerisme en kostbaar om deze familie te leren kennen.

Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, war sauber und hat an Ausstattung alles was man braucht (inkl. Sandspielzeug für Kinder, Sonnenschirm für den Strand & Tuperware usw.). Das Check-In und Check-Out funktionierte problemlos. Der Strand ist in Gehdistanz, zu unserer Reisezeit waren die Restaurants am Strand inkl. Liegestuhl Vermietung allerdings noch nicht geöffnet. Da es im Dorf selbst, nicht so viel gibt, lohnt es sich ein Auto zu mieten. Empfehlenswert ist am Ort selbst das Restaurant Theta. Ansonsten gibt es in Kiti alles was man braucht.

This stay was perfect for our family! We so enjoyed staying at Christina’s place. Between the toys for our kids, the private nature of the unit, as well as the comfortable amenities, we would gladly recommend this place to anyone else looking to book in greater Nicosia! An added plus is the fact that she does not use any harsh chemicals when cleaning the house.

Die Unterkunft von Marianna lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie entspricht genau den Bildern, die im Vorfeld gezeigt wurden. Besonders gut gefallen haben mir die liebevollen Kleinigkeiten wie Kaffeekapseln, Zucker, Salz usw., die beim Empfang bereits bereitstanden. Insgesamt fand ich den Aufenthalt wunderschön – absolut empfehlenswert!

Eine tolle Wohnung mit einer großartigen Dachterrasse. In 15 Min. ist man an der Promenade von Larnaka. In der Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Tavernen und Galerien. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig, man wird nicht vom Straßenlärm gestört. Internet war schnell und zuverlässig. Das einzige was mich gestört hat, war ein Raumbedufter, den ich auf den Balkon verbannen musste, um keine Kopfschmerzen zu bekommen.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely ground floor flat. The neighbourhood was peaceful and perfect for relaxing, and the flat was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The veranda was a real highlight — perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Andreas, our host was very welcoming, met us on arrival, and was quick to respond to any questions during our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. From the both of us, thank you Demetris and we will see you again soon

Bardzo dobrze nam się mieszkało! Przytulnie, spokojnie, czysto, mieliśmy wszystko co trzeba. Bardzo polecamy!

Daphne e George sono stati host davvero unici. Attenti alle nostre richieste e disponibili in qualsiasi momento della giornata. L’appartamento ha molta privacy e ciononostante si trova a due passi dai principali servizi (ristoranti, farmacie, minimarket, caffetterie, parrucchiere, lavanderia, estetica.. tutto nel raggio di un chilometro!). L’arredamento è ispirato a linee di design moderno e comfy. Il divano super comodo e ogni ambiente infonde tranquillità e relax. Abbiamo amato anche la piccola terrazza arredata che si affaccia sugli alberi del viale e dalla quale è possibile godersi il tepore delle giornate primaverili cipriote. Se potessi dare 10 stelle, le darei! Bravi!!!

Amazing apartment , very nice design, clean , warm environment, totally suggest! The only negative thing I can mention is the noise in the morning cause of the busy road

The place is 10 minute walk from beach and main restaurants. Pharmacy and small market also nearby. Bigger market is 15min walk. We had spare towels and bed linen. 2 double bedrooms with one ensuite and other with separate bathroom, both with good sized shower. There is a pool, I was spectical about the noise from people using the pool, but users seemed to respect the neighbour hood. Although if they were noisy, it couldnt be heard from bedrooms. Ac, hot water, water pressure all good. Kitchen was fully equipped and also extra detailed accessories like bags, baking sheet etc were provided. Large refrigerator and good sized freezer. Good sized modern smartTv and sofas were good. Appartement had good elevator and no noise can be heard of neighbours. We had a toddler with us and cot was good equipped with small pillow as well. Place also has very good storage/wardrobes for clothes and accessories. Full cleaning equipment was provided which it was good for us, having a toddler. PERFECT
