The house is located in a noble region of the city, close to Campolim, a bus terminal and restaurants. We prepare the space so that our guests feel at home, especially those who are in Sorocaba for work or tourism. Guests will have every comfort, with safety and privacy. The neighborhood has markets, a bakery and the best restaurants. Guests will have the entire house, the garage eventually shared with another independent house, which we have on the same plot of land.

The location is quiet. *The TV works only with mirroring via mobile *We do not own garage *Visits and animals are prohibited. * I do not recommend the stay for adults and young children because of the stairs that make it difficult to get around the environment.
