This house has excellent accessibility for sightseeing with an emphasis on Nara. At the same time, you can experience true Japanese tranquillity not found in other tourist destinations. We are convinced that our guests who come to Nara in search of the ancient capital will be delighted by the pure Japanese style exterior, which is rare nowadays.

Cosy house in a small village. Hiking, cycling.

Wheelers Den is a cosy and quiet self contained house in a lovely rural village. Ideal as a base for experiencing authentic village life and exploring Nara, Wazuka and southern Kyoto. Amazing cycling, hiking, temples, 700 year old stone carvings, tea plantations, rice fields and mountains all close. Free rental bikes available. By train Nara is 15 minutes. Iga ninja museum and castle 35 mins. Kyoto 57 mins. Osaka 50 mins. Free parking for one car. A great place for a unique experience of Japan.

こちらのユニークな宿泊先には、独自のスタイルがあります。 2023年10月に新築オープン、ホストは1階管理室に在住してますが、ほぼ一棟貸し感覚でご利用できます。 2階フロアは全て貸切り。グラフテクトのアイランドキッチンを中心にした広々としたLDKは勿論、ヴィラの最も特徴的な空間であるスカイテラスには、屋外ソファを設置しサウナ（利用可能時間18:00〜22:00）やジャグジーの他最大100インチのプロジェクターで映画のタイトルなどが楽しめます。また、カナダ製ブロイルキング社の本格的BBQグリルを設置しておりいつでもバーベキューを楽しむことが出来き、グランピング感覚でも楽しむことができます。（BBQグリルにはいわゆる焼肉用のお肉ではなく、厚切りのステーキ用をご用意していただく方が適しています。）また、2025年4月13日からは『大阪・関西万博』が開催されますが、最寄駅（徒歩約15分の木津駅）から最短90分で会場まで行くことができます。
