The place was great, literally across the street from the beach, super clean and comfortable, and the best part was the kayak, which we took out in the morning and we were able to see dolphins, sea lions, and otters fantastic!!

The copper nest was a great place to stay for our long weekend trip. It was ideally situated 30mins drive from UCSC. The beach house exceeded our expectations, and comfortably accommodated 8 guests. All aspects had been thought about by the host, from the detailed text messages pre arrival through to the prevision of supplies, saving the immediate necessity to go basic food shopping. The house was pleasantly furnished with high end product and the beds were so comfortable. The state beach (only foot steps away) was so peaceful, with barely a sole on this stretch. Both hosts were responsive to any issues or questions. Thank you

Louise’s place was absolutely wonderful, and she was an exceptional host. The home was spacious and had the cutest porch—perfect for sitting around and catching up with my group of girlfriends. The neighborhood was peaceful and walkable, with easy access to Sea Cliff Beach and nightly visits to Marianne’s Ice Cream, which became a favorite treat. It was also a short, convenient drive to both Capitola and Santa Cruz. Louise was incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout our stay. She even went out of her way to help us retrieve an item we accidentally left behind. I would 100% recommend staying here!

We visited for our daughter’s college graduation and are so glad we found this home for our stay! We were greeted with Claire’s thoughtful note, fresh flowers, a bottle of wine and water bottles, and snacks (which our kids appreciated so much after a long trip!) The home is pristine clean, and the fresh modern coastal decor and natural light makes the place refreshing and peaceful. She even left ground coffee and creamers which we enjoyed before our beautiful walk into town and beach. In the evening, we did a family game night with the games she has stored there. Claire was so responsive, one of our best Airbnb stays ever! Highly recommend :) Thank you!

Sarah’s house was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean, comfortable and decorated well. The proximity to the ocean was an extra bonus and we enjoyed walking there each morning with coffee in hand. My 11 yr old niece LOVED the reading nook in the downstairs bedroom. The entire house was comfy especially the beds, kitchen well stocked for cooking and extra linens, towels, beach towels, and beach gear on hand. No A/C, but you get a cool ocean breeze all day long that keeps the noise to a comfortable temp. We have stayed at a handful of air bnb’s and this is our favorite. Wish we could have stayed longer. We had a great time staying at this place. Family of four along with our fur baby everyone had a great time. The beds were comfy, we enjoyed sitting out on the patio. The place fit the description perfect, and Miriam was very responsive . we were even welcomed with treats upon arrival. It was great having all the beach necessities, chairs sand toys even the football to use at the beach. walking distance to beach and pick deli as well as the coffee shop was a huge plus. we enjoyed our stay at hope to be back soon!

This is a really great spot and we would definitely stay here again! Jackie was a great host and the communication was excellent throughout our trip. The beds were nice, the house was clean, and the windows allow plenty of light to come in. The house is also well stocked with plenty of coffee, a variety of cooking and glassware, some and, some spices. The hosts have also prepared the house with games, toys, and small bowls and forks for kids. The backyard is also a really nice to hangout in and has a small yard that could be a great area for kids to run around as well. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There are also some nice restaurants, grocery stores, and cute shopping areas about a 5-10min drive away. Some areas in Santa Cruz have pretty hard water (including this spot) so if you aren't used to that grabbing some bottled water for your trip might be a good idea. We had a great time and highly recommend this spot!

I just want to thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful place. My family didn’t want to leave. It was so helpful having the beach cart , toys, and beach towels!! It was an easy walk to the beach, great food, and amazing coffee. The place was very thoughtfully laid out and very clean. The check-in was seamless and was always easy to get in and out of the home. Thank you again and I can’t wait to stay here again hopefully sooner rather than later!!

Mike’s place is really comfortable and home like. The neighborhood is quiet and private, room is easy to self check-in and spacious enough for 2 persons to stay, there’s also a beautiful little yard which is private and gives out a great feeling to start the day. Thank you so much for your offering, Mike, and I’ll definitely recommend it to others if there’s any chance!

Suzy’s place was perfect! I was in town for a wedding held at Shadowbrook and Suzy’s place was within walking distance to not only the restaurant but also all the spots in the village. Suzy was super responsive and worked with me. Even though I wasn’t able to check in early, we worked it out so that I could at least park in the designated parking spot so that we could walk around town while things were being cleaned. The place was super safe and private. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town!

We had a very peaceful stay at Michael’s place in the mountains and Michael was friendly and helpful in checking us in and providing recommendations for good places nearby. It was nice to sit out on the property too and enjoy the beautiful views. Would stay there again!

This Airbnb was amazing!!! They had so many amenities for its guests, great location, super quiet area and the hosts were incredibly attentive and welcoming.

Cute and clean in-law apartment located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with walking distance to local hot spots. The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. She responded quickly when questions arose. I would recommend this place for a great stay in Santa Cruz!

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Evan and David were bother very helpful and responsive to my questions. The spot was nice and convenient walk to the beach. Enjoyed the stay and would book again in the future.

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and Pacific Ocean. Short walk (300 yards) to the beach along a boardwalk or enjoy the views from the livingroom through the large picture windows or deck. Perfect for a couple or young family (the two twin beds in the second bedroom are quite small but my 20 something daughters had no complaints). Abundant bird watching opportunities along with the occasional sea lion\seal and otter.

Kristina’s place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. Breath taking ocean views and a short 5 minutes down to the beach. Kristina was very friendly checking in with us to make sure our trip was going good and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again !!! Great host great place and beautiful city !!

Perfect for a peaceful holiday within walking distance of a beautiful beach, warm heated pools and stunning coastal views. The apartment was super clean, quiet and we made use of the gas fireplace in evenings for heat and atmosphere. I was able to park in front of the property no problems. Will definitely stay again!

This stay is absolutely amazing. Comfy bed and furniture. Stocked Kitchen. Steps to the beach. Closet full of beachy things. We had fun flying the kite. Built bonfires just over the dune on the beach. 🏖️ Don’t hesitate to book. This place is it.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay! The pictures didn't do it justice - all the upgrades were well worth it and my family thoroughly enjoyed the stay there. My was very responsive and helpful. So glad we found it! Would definitely stay there again.

We’ve stayed at Pajaro Dunes before, but it’s been decades ago. Marc’s place was perfectly situated for privacy and views and was very clean and well appointed. The peacefulness and serenity were exactly what we were looking for. The beachy feel of the furnishings was charming and the unit included all that we needed including an upgraded and well furnished kitchen, a gas fireplace, a comfortable, king size bed and other essentials like extra blankets and a Kuerig coffee maker. Our only difficulty was when inadvertently trying to use the TV remote to change channels…Don’t Do That, Use the cable remote like it says in the instructions. Spent a thoroughly enjoyable four days here with side trips to Monterey and Carmel. Perfect home base for dining out and exploring the coast, and an excellent, proactive host.

Jennifer’s Capitola Breeze (Unit B) is perfect for family gatherings and vacations. Absolutely convenient location for walking downtown, shopping, restaurants and beach access. Convenient garage parking. Condo includes amenities in every room. Jennifer (Host) provided detailed instructions and information that made us feel at home. She was responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay. Definitely a gem of a place to stay!!
