beautiful Villa and in very peaceful location. easy access to motorways and equidistant between Paphos and Limassol meaning great location to explore both areas. Elena was very responsive and the Villa was as described, perfect for 4-6 people, spacious and the pool was lovely and well maintained. would definitely visit again and try to book this Villa.

It was a pleasure staying at this Villa, with a beautiful clean pool, and garden, it made for a lovely, fun, and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the living area was perfect for a group of 7. Would definitely consider staying here again! The house was as expected , everything clean and ready for us even extra towels including swimming towels which were most welcome. The new ceiling fans were brilliant when it became hotter than expected . This home was just what we needed. Located in the old village you need to drive to the beach and it is not a flat walk to the old village which can be hard if you are unfit or if it is too hot. However it is possible and under 10 minutes. The swimming pool was fantastic and only just behind the house . The local shops and restaurants are friendly and good value for money. The host gave lots of tips and information to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Would love to visit again

We had a fantastic stay! George is a great host! The villa is situated very nicely on top of the Paphos Hills. Great view on Paphos and the coast. We were with a group of 8 borders, and the villa is so big that everyone had enough privacy as well. With a Rental car it was very easy to explore the island. Big thanks!

Fantastic villa in a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from Coral Bay’s bars and restaurants. Michalis was very responsive, quickly answering any questions and resolving a minor issue in person within two hours.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Cyprus. The location was perfect, and the view from the patio was absolutely stunning, one of those places where you genuinely enjoy just sitting and soaking it all in. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the hospitality. Koula, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable, she was kind, attentive, and truly made the stay feel special. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added such a nice, local touch to the trip. We had some genuinely great interactions with them. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We spent a lovely 3 days - the villa was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed. We all loved the pool and the closeness to coral bay. The hosts were extremely responsive, my children left a gaming device in the villa and they went out of their way to make sure it was returned to us which is much appreciated !

George was a very welcoming host and was waiting on the street to guide us to the parking at the rear of the property, then briefly took us through a couple of security aspects etc. On the second day I broke a tooth at lunch and he sent me the address of a dentist who travelled from Paphos to his clinic to treat me on a public holiday. George ensured we had clean bed linen and towels for out second week and was responsive to any queries we had about appliances. The house was brilliantly located for all the facilities in Pissouri Bay and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Highly recommended!

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

The house was really nice with a perfect garden. Jacuzzi and pool were great. It was private enough, but still close to everything.

Just returned from a 1 week stay. Check in instructions sent a few days before and Anna was kind enough to arrange a taxi transfer for us. The villa is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The pool is much bigger than it looks in photographs. The villa itself was in a perfect location with a number of restaurants, supermarkets and the kings avenue mall all within walking distance. Tea for two which is a two minute walk a way was one of our favourites. There was further construction work nearby although we couldn’t hear any noise and didn’t affect our stay. Anna was contactable during our stay and responded straight away. We already looking at future dates to return.

Cozy House in a Quiet Cypriot Village – Perfect for a Family Getaway We had a wonderful family vacation (two adults and three children) staying in this lovely house! It's a two-story home located in a peaceful village surrounded by nature. The atmosphere is calm, the air is fresh, and the view from the veranda is simply stunning — a perfect escape from the noise of the city. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, and coffee maker, a cozy living room, a bedroom, a toilet, and access to a veranda with a beautiful view. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony. Everything was very clean and convenient. A special thanks to the host, who asked in advance about the number and age of our children to prepare the house accordingly. When we arrived, everything was ready — there were some basic food items on the table, and milk and cheese in the fridge, which was a huge help after our flight. The kids were also thrilled to find

Kallia is an amazing host! She shared plenty of information beforehand so we had very few questions once we arrived. Her home is incredible and we particularly loved the views and how private and quiet the area was. My wife and I are already looking at another trip here!

Everything was amazing :) very clean and pretty flat, great communication from the host. maybe the only thing that could be added is a bottle of cooking oil for the common use, but apart from that everything was there (salt, pepper, good cooking pans, towels, tea)

We were very happy to be guests at Emmanouel's and felt very comfortable. A very nicely furnished apartment with style and good amenities. Very comfortable, everything we needed was there. The location is a bit off the beaten track in a quiet location with wonderful views! Having a private pool is fun! Absolutely recommended

The villa was just beautiful and better than the photos! From gorgeous decor, to beautiful gardens and pool. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all the little details and amenities you could need. Corallia beach is a 5 minute walk away and we preferred to Coral beach, the water is so clear and lovely. We literally just flew and flopped for a week, and wish we could have stayed longer as would have definitely explored the surrounding areas more. Porto antico was our favourite restaurant, food was just amazing from a simple burger to the steak and seafood. Anna was very responsive and arranged a taxi with Georgi for us, he and his team were great and so helpful when my eldest daughter arrived, picking her up at short notice from the airport. Would absolutely return in the future, just a wonderful holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Retreat. The house was just as described and the outdoor area was even nicer than expected. Plenty of places to sit and a beautiful pool. We appreciated the booklet with local recommendations. The town of Pissouri is too far to walk in the heat, but an easy quick drive and parking was plentiful. The town square is lovely to sit and have dinner or a drink and the nearby beach is very nice. Jane was a very responsive and proactive host. I would highly recommend staying here.

I only have the absolute best to say about this house and Myria. She was incredibly accommodating and very responsive. The house is fantastic - the area is surrounded by nature, with a wonderful hike with amazing sea views (and the best sunset) just around the corner from the house. The place has everything you need, the kitchen is fully equipped, the living room and bedrooms are very cozy and comfortable. The location is quiet yet very close to restaurants and supermarkets. I tend to stay in Pissouri often and this is the best house I’ve stayed at.

Just got back from 5 days at Yanni's, 8 ppl (3+5). Had an amazing time!! The villa was a perfect fit for us. It's huge! Very clean and new. The lovely Roy came everyday to preform pool maintenance, and even inflated our floaties for us when needed. The premises has also very big garden and very big jacauzy. Our kids spent the day roaming from the pool to the jacauzy and back, playing ball in the garden and relaxing. Walking distance to the beach. There are plenty of floaties and balls to play with. There is a very convenient outdoor kitchen with grill so we bbq'd every day. Each room has a bathroom. Plenty of towls. Well equipped kitchen with even a blender so we made shakes. I recommend to put in a request in advance to have the pool heated (extra cost, but it's really worth it). Our kids spent almost the whole day in the pool also on cooler days... we needed to buy some kitchen basics (salt/peper/oil), but no biggie as Philipo's supermarket nearby has everthing...

The house is very nice, clean and private. Location may seem like a downside at first, but in reality it made the vacation better because of the privacy, views, peacefulness. The host is very responsive and helpful - thank you for the extra effort! The pool and outdoor area with the BBQ creates a very pleasant atmosphere during the whole day. The house was very clean and therefore very nice to be in. There was 8 of us and it suited perfectly. Big kitchen and living room area is a nice bonus when you want to escape from the heat. Would recommend to everyone and will happily come back!

We've just returned from a weeks holiday here with our 3 year old and we had a fab time. The home itself was perfect for us, the pictures really don't do it justice. It is very spacious, clean, the beds are comfy, the pool/garden area is spacious with good sun loungers, and also has a great bbq, with a well equipped kitchen. The village is quiet, it has a little store and a couple of local taverns. We hired a car and explored Paphos, the mountain areas with waterfalls, and a shipwreck, and spent the rest of the time enjoying the pool and house. There are large supermarkets within a 30min drive to do a big food shop. I would highly recommend Palati house to all friends and family, and to be honest, would very happily book again. The management company were brilliant, they kept in touch, seemlessly arranged a pool clean for us mid-week and dropped off some local cake and eggs which was lovely. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. 😄
