We only accept pet animals, small size paying the fee and smoking in the house is prohibited. There is space for motorcycles, bicycles, the neighborhood is quiet, with a night guard.

It has a large kitchen, a very nice backyard with a barbecue grill, and a garage for 5 cars. One of the bedrooms has a photo of a single bed, but the bed was recently changed to a double bed.
