Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, renovated in August 2022. 2 bedrooms and a living room with full ocean view. 2 bathrooms, large kitchen with stove with oven and piped gas, refrigerator, coffee maker and brand new microwave. Living room with armchairs and double sofa bed, TV with Claro bock with Globoplay installed and 350 mega internet. There is air-conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and living room. Down below are restaurants and shops. In front of the beach and a block from Shopping Praia Mar. New flooring, new toilets.

Come and enjoy the beach, the promenade, the bike path and the kiosks. On the same street as Praiamar shopping centre, two blocks away, with several shops, a cinema, a large food court and two blocks from the McDonald's on the waterfront. It is 700 metres from Sesc de Santos. We have 1 parking space, but there are not enough spaces! Parking has valet.

Located in Aparecida, noble part of Santos, near the aquarium, ferry, shopping, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, snack bars, kiosks on the beach. Ideal to spend vacations and to enjoy the beach and relax. If you don't drive, the bus that arrives from São Paulo stops at 50 meters from the building. The condominium is open 24 hours a day. In summary, go have fun and come back relaxed.
