Close to the towns of Valtournenche and Cervinia (about 3 km) but still isolated from the chaos, it is the ideal place to relax, observe enchanting views, listen to the silence of the mountain, play sports and take fantastic walks starting right from the house!

È una tipica casa di montagna, situata nel villaggio Le Cret a 1770 m di quota, la cui costruzione risale al XVI secolo e veniva utilizzata come granaio per lo conservazione dei cereali. Si tratta di una porzione di fabbricato che fa parte di un complesso completamente ristrutturato e, come per le altre unità abitative, la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.

Welcome to our attic! It is large and very, very comfortable, suitable for six people in addition to babies in a cot. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms as well as a beautiful open space. A large walk-in closet is also available to guests. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. In the bathrooms there are detergents (liquid soap, intimate detergent and shower shampoo) while soft towels are provided to each guest. Self check in is possible. Free parking.

Perfect for visiting Aosta or starting point for surrounding valleys (7 minutes by car for the Aosta-Pila cable car). Organic supermarket less than 80 meters and pizzeria-restaurant less than 50 m. My cozy and quiet accommodation is close to Piazza Roncas and Piazza della Cattedrale, in the historic center of Aosta, full of restaurants, bars and shops. The central location of the house allows you to walk to all the main tourist attractions in the city. It has private parking. About 10 minutes away are the train station, the bus terminal and the departure of the cable car to Pila. My place is good for couples and families (with children).

A bright, cozy nest, newly refurbished (2021), in an attic on the 3rd floor. Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars. Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.
