La baita può essere goduta per il fascino del suo panorama e per la sua tranquillità appartata tra i prati soleggiati, oppure come base per escursioni, a piedi in estate o con le racchette da neve o gli sci in inverno. SC1 - HOUSE N°1 The house is in a small and quiet place called Les Gorres (municipality of Charvensod), in a perfectly central position between Aosta and Pila, reachable along about 1 km of private drive. The house is a two-floors wood and stone chalet located at 1382 meters above sea level, with well-kept green spaces and a breathtaking view of the valley and Aosta, suitable for both teenagers and families with children of all ages who want to spend a holiday in the Nature and out of the city.

Grandze Vetan

The property, a 19th century alpine chalet, has recently undergone a complete architectural restoration that aimed at combining tradition and contemporary elements. Attention to detail is a constant in every space, a true dream for architecture buffs. The property is subdivided in 3 independent units all with private entrances and services. Our Chalet enjoys breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the Western Alpine range. Close to many hiking trails, it's a place for true mountain lovers.

CHALET NEL BOSCO

Porzione indipendente in piccolo Chalet a 1.5 km dal centro di Courmayeur. Accesso a piedi da un sentiero lungo 200 mt, posizione meravigliosa ai margini del bosco con vista sul Monte Bianco, senza abitazioni nelle vicinanze. Piccolo ma accogliente, arredato artigianalmente in stile baita, sfruttando al meglio gli spazi. Riscaldamento autonomo. 1 letto matrimoniale + 1 divano letto per terzo ospite. (+ 20€ per lenzuola extra se due ospiti dormono in letti separati). Posto auto privato.

Casa immersa nella natura

Inserita nello splendido contesto naturale del Tracciolino, a pochi minuti (20 min ) dalla citta’di Biella e vicino al sentiero che conduce al Santuario di Oropa, è allocata la Baita. Raggiungibile anche in macchina, per mezzo di una strada privata. Circondata da prati, posta a ridosso di un area boschiva pertinente ad essa ed un ruscello che allieta anche col suono del suo scorrere. La casa è composta da tre camere, soggiorno con divano (letto) e camino, cucina e bagno con doccia.
