Holiday rentals with breakfast in Anzio

We had a wonderful time in Alessenadro’s cottage while visiting Rome. Alessandro was super helpful and friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was always very attentive and responsive. He was one of the best hosts we have ever had.

Thank you Rosseta for the warm welcome. The place got everything, I have stayed for almost 3 weeks without any issues. Having the metro super close makes the visits to the center very comfortable. I would definetly go back.

Great place to stay in Fiumucino! On a quiet back street but minutes from all river front restaurants. Hosts are very responsive and were great to work with when our flights changed. Hosts have reasonable airport transpertation avalable. The space is small but we'll arranged and squeaky clean. A nice bakery closeby was great for warm breakfast pastries. We stumbled accross town of Fiumucino last year when train strike caused us to travel a day earlier. Much nicer to stay in this closeby town instead of airport hotel!

as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!

We thank Alessandra and Guido. The apartment is very nice and cozy and is located in the historic center of the village which is really enchanting. We will definitely be back. Thanks and talk to you soon, Carlo & Elena.

Looked just like the photos!! Very clean and Stefania was so friendly and helpful!! We had a great time walking around the town, the views were beautiful. The only issue we faced was finding restaurants that had menu items without pork in them, as my husband and I are muslim.

Great and clean place exactly as described. Antonella and David provided very clear instructions on rides for arrival and check in/check out which was helpful. Would highly recommend.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Sonia is the best! She is incredibly considerate and kind, and the information she provided was extremely helpful. Her recommendations for restaurants and the ice cream place were spot-on, and the nearby taxi station was very convenient. The apartment itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic location—easy to access many attractions. Before heading to the airport, I spent 30 minutes on the flower balcony - perfectly wrapped up my wonderful trip to Rome. Highly recommend staying here!

Where to start? Barbara was an exceptional host. She gave very clear and helpful directions on how to get to her place either by train or taxi. She was there to meet us at her place to show us around let us know how to use everything. She had champagne and treats for us to start our holiday. I loved how she would message us daily to let us know of any local events that were happening, restaurant recommendations and to see if everything was going ok with our stay. The location was great it was central so everything was walkable. Her photos of her place matched what it looked like. My friend and I were very pleased with the place I would highly recommend staying there. I know when I visit Rome again I will be trying to stay here if it is available. Perfect accommodation, close to the sea and the airport. Note that it is difficult to get there without a car

We had a wonderful time at Antonio's apartment. Perfectly clean and stocked with coffee, some water and some treats to welcome us! Air conditioning was important for my husband and it worked very well in the heat wave. Antonio arranged for a transfer from the airport to Rome, and then later from Rome to the cruise port. He also gave us restaurant and other recommendations. We wished we could have stayed there more than the 2 nights we booked! I highly recommend!

He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The area itself is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, welcoming, and just a short, accessible trip from the heart of Rome. The locals were warm and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning in the future. The stay with Carlo was perfect. The room is cozy, and the cleanliness is extremely impeccable. The wonderful region, with good food around if you don't want to go to the center of Rome, but if you want public transport, it's 5 minutes from the accommodation. A wonder.

Maria Grazia is one of those people you meet and already know will remain in your heart forever. Romana de Roma welcomes you to her home and makes you feel like a friend, not a guest. Always available, he gives very useful advice for getting around, for special things to see and for traditional foods to taste. Common area for breakfast and any meals to be consumed, very clean and welcoming, impeccable bathroom and room overlooking a private garden where you can also have lunch or dinner in total privacy and sheltered from the heat. In short, everything is perfect, but the real difference is called Maria Grazia!

Fantastic location, friendly, amazing host. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it. Very comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. We will stay with Andrea again if we ever return to Rome.

We have had 6 wonderful days here in Rome, close to the Vatican and surrounded by restaurants and beautiful buildings and museums. The host was very friendly, gave numerous tips and if we had questions he was always available and accessible

I highly recommend Valeria's accommodation. The spaces are all very clean, even the bathroom is impeccable. The location is strategic and is just a few steps from the Lucio Sestio stop on Metro A, so it is also well connected to the city centre. Valeria is one of our wonderful people: very helpful and attentive to the guest, she will satisfy all your needs, even for breakfast. I hope to go back.
