Great spot to stay in, heads up the lock turns 3 times to fully get secured, good area and a nice 10-20 min walk to anything you need

Super location many great restaurants right out the door, modern, clean, low noise but within 5 minute walk to all the action that Ploblado is famous for. Felt very safe.

Fredy was such a great host. We stayed there over a month and we’re very happy. He was always responsive - even willing to drive two hours when we lost the key! Thankfully we found the key, but the gesture was so appreciated. Excellent location, apartment and host. Thanks Fredy!

This was our 2nd stay here and we still love it. Great location close to many restaurants, bars, and transportation. Gets a lil noisy on weekend nights so plan excursions accordingly. Definitely recommend!

It's just like the photos, and it's very clean and tidy. It is close to tourist places such as the Explora Park and others. Very good stay

Natalia’s loft was an amazing stay. From the sauna to the fully equipped kitchen to in unit laundry, you really couldn’t ask for much more. WiFi was decently fast. Doormen were extremely kind. There is construction nearby so if you’re noise sensitive it might not be the easiest stay. But hopefully it’s temporary. We were totally fine with the noise level. Outside of that it’s extremely quiet, and construction usually stops by 3PM or so. I would highly recommend Natalia’s, and I hope to come back again soon!

My nice place, I would definitely stay there again. The attention of the building is impeccable and not to mention the attention of the host, the truth is that we had some flight changes and she did not hesitate to give us a solution, we are very grateful!

Great view. I would recommend it for 1 couple. Andres was very friendly. The hot tub was not working, so if that’s a priority, I would ask ahead of time.

The place was just liked the pictures. There were lots of ants, fumigating could help.

One of the best Air bnb apartments we have visited. Super clean, modern, comfortable and has everything you need and more for a great visit to Medellin. It’s a few steps from the metro, which is very convenient to get just about anywhere; yet it is located on a side street away from the noise and bustle. Walkable to great cafes and restaurants in Laureles and we felt very safe. It’s an excellent value and we are glad we chose this place.

Overall, beautiful Airbnb with all of the accommodations I needed. Everything was spotless and everyone was super helpful from the moment I arrived. Only thing to note was there were some construction noises that could impact day time work meetings, but other than that my stay was perfect! Also, those noises could just be temporary, so really not something to keep you from booking this location. I would highly recommend this spot :) a big thank you to Daniel!

Cristian is a great host. Very considerate. The place is exactly as listed in a nice neighbourhood.

Great stay! The only mention worthy cons were the chickens which screamed at the crack of dawn everyday and the occasional bugs and lizards. Otherwise great stay and great communication from the hosts. Would definitely stay again 🙏🏽

The place is really nice, close to a shopping center, the subway stop, church, restaurant, shops, very comfortable, fully equipped, the host responds quickly, Ds effective solutions, friendly, attentive

Definitely that Parceros House is one of the best Airbnbs we have been in, we are nomads and working from this place was incredible, they have the best coworking, they make you feel at home, extra points to the hosts and Carolina who is in charge of the cleanliness of the place, always with the best attitude to help. Nice apartment with a great view. Stores and restaurants surround you and extremely walkable. There's even a grocery store downstairs. The host was very responsive. Even if unsuccessful, he tried to correct any issues I presented to him. I'd stay there again

Thanks to Carlos and Alejandra for a great stay! The room is a good size and has everything you need for a comfortable stay whether short term or long term. The location is in a safe location and is close to many nice restaurants in Laureles and walking distance to the metro. Carlos is very responsive and very easy and pleasant to deal with.
