Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Antigua and Barbuda

I was on a solo trip, Shaquille was very accommodating, he offered to pick me up once I landed into the country. He's an extraordinary person with such grace and great hospitality. I could not of have a wonderful time without him. He tailored to my vacation, giving his time to accompany where I wanted to go. He's knowledgeable about the Island and was able to give me advised in my interests. I will recommend his accommodation anytime.

that place was lovely, however a tiny bit noisy in the morning as we are next to the fire and police stations so they start their trucks early. there are also roosters in the area ahaha. it's all about location location location, and it was fire! next to the best beaches in Antigua, close to some restaurants. I was happy to be there. I pet her dogs in the morning, parking was easy! thanks Oceanna!

Our stay at Bernard’s place was awesome. The home is exactly as described and looks just like the photos. Literally 5 mins from the airport ..I mean it’s walking distance!! Thoughtful amenities and very clean and comfortable. We saw lots of thoughtful things there that you won’t normally find at an air bnb and I’ve stayed at many! Like for example there was an umbrella hanging on the door in case it rained ..small little things like that do not go un- noticed. They set the bar real high for others. The host is super responsive and nice. There was a water issue and it was resolved in leas than an hour even though it was at night. The plumber came within 30 mins … now that is impressive!! Plenty of linens and clean towels - even a washer and dryer. Plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware if we decided to make a meal. There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t provided. Don’t walk-run to reserve this home. It’s well worth the money you will spend. Not overpriced either!!!

Though my time was limited I enjoyed my brief encounter. The home was clean, nicely set up and the area was very peaceful. Natalie was respectful, responsive, and sweet. A great person overall, she made me feel very welcomed. I do suggest either getting a rental or a trusted driver to be able to move around if you’re are looking to move around freely.

Blanka made our stay very welcoming and allowed us an early check in and Kate check out because of flight issues. We were very appreciative of Blanka’s hospitality and will recommend anyone to stay there. The home was very well kept and easily accessible.

The villa was wonderful! The complex was quiet and beautiful. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Well stocked kitchen. Natasha was excellent! We got a little confused getting there but she was waiting for us and guided us in to the complex. She helped us arrange a car rental and masseuse and was very fast to respond to questions and with suggestions. Even brought over a cooler for us to take to the beach. A huge fruit and snack basket was waiting for us which was amazing! The location was further from everything (grocery store, restaurants, beaches, etc) than I thought (35 +minutes) but once I got used to driving on the left side of the road and figured out our way around, it was ok and every trip out was an adventure! The pool was great for doing laps and the beach is lovely with loungers and umbrellas provided. We didn't end up eating at the restaurant because it was only open for lunch (12-5) but it looked good - beautiful setting! Highly recommend & would love to go back!

Alyson and Tony are wonderful hosts. We made a stop at grocery store en route and he met us there to guide us to the house, which is an an primo location in a nice neighborhood. Upon arrival he and Alyson were very welcoming and extremely helpful. The house is exactly as described and depicted - great living area and kitchen downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. The private yard made for excellent security and the tropical foliage was so cool, especially with the well-maintained plunge pool that we used often. On our first night we walked down to the excellent Fox House restaurant. While dining on the porch a big downpour came. A little while later Alyson arrived to check that we were ok and not caught in it. Her thoughtfulness and kind heart did not go unnoticed. The best is that the house is so close to several spectacular beaches. We liked Darkwood the best of them. Jolly Harbour is just a mile or so away, too. Thanks Alyson and Tony for making our stay so wonderful!

Second time staying there enjoy my stay

quiet,clean and central ,just what I needed

Beautiful little studio, well outfitted and nestled in the nature. Downstairs of the main house where Vanessa and her husband live, but lots of privacy as it’s to the side with a nice little patio. On a golf course, which I didn’t get to explore, but would have liked to as I heard there’s a nice little clubhouse with great affordable meals that you can walk to. Maybe next time. Bills place was very clean and cozy. The pool and beach are just steps away and we always found loungers under palapas without any issue. There are 2 restaurants, one on each side of the villas which were okay for a quick bite, the real winners were casa roots and bistro. I will definitely return to this beautiful villa next time we visit Antigua

We enjoyed our stay here as 2 girls the area was safe and the room itself was very clean and secure. Johvahn was very helpful and responsive when we contacted him to help book taxis. Would recommend

I just want to say this was the best Airbnb experience we have ever had and we have traveled to many places around the world. The place was spotless and surrounded by beautiful green nature. The mango trees in the courtyard meant we could eat as many as we wanted daily! The highlight of our stay was our host, Lemar. When I say this man became our family I mean it. He was soo kind and helpful and made sure me and my autistic son had everything we wanted and needed our whole trip. I couldn’t recommend anywhere else other than here on the island for a comfortable, peaceful and relaxing affordable stay. If I could give 10 stars I would! We are so grateful to have met you and to have you in our life! See you in august!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Simone was great she responded very well and was helpful. The location is quiet, nice neighborhood but we were far from a lot of activities. Although Simone provided a car driving in Antigua wasn’t easy due to the roads, left side driving and gps constantly getting us lost. So that was annoying but she gave us directions to the local market and gas station so that was helpful. I don’t know much abt the island we were more north from the major activities like Shirley’s,stingray beach and certain beaches/restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! It was the perfect getaway, with everything we needed just a short 5-minute walk from the beach. The location was ideal, and the space itself was cozy and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to relax and enjoy the sun with the kids. Beautiful view all day around. Liz was always super responsive and cam by one time to check on a matter that was immediately resolved. We would love to stay here again :) Thank you Liz and your co-hosts!!!

This villa is perfectly located right on one of the best beaches in Antigua. The setting is absolutely stunning-just steps from the soft white sand and crystal-clear water. The villa itself is modern, spotless, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There are a couple of restaurants on-site that are convenient and enjoyable, but Gayle also provided some fantastic local recommendations that were absolutely brilliant. Gayle is an amazing host-warm, helpful, and incredibly responsive. She went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly, and even accommodated a late check-out due to my evening flight, which I truly appreciated. This place far exceeded my expectations-it's truly heaven on Earth, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Looking at photos is one thing, but opening the door of Lorraines flat and actually being there was somehign else. Omg!!!! I cannot wait to be back . Lorraines flat is just perfect , the loaction , the decor, the comfort, the space , the facilties to cook . Lorraine left water and snacks and coffee and tea and milk ready for me . The balcony opens up and the whole kitchen and sitting area and balcony become one big open plan area. The view is breathtaking. Lorraine is always present , and replies immediately. Thank you Thank you Thank you . Everything was so nice . The gardens , the pool , Atta the gardener is lovely and tells you all about the garden and the big avocato tree. I could go on and on here but I will let all of you discover the wonders of Lorraines place by yourselves . I will definitely be back very soon . Thank you Lorraine for being and amazing host . This home was clean, free of clutter, peaceful, and had an amazing view. we had morning coffee, breakfast, and dinner most nights outside looking at the ocean. Beach and cook shops are about a 15 minute walk, but we often ventured another beaches in the south. A great stay!!!

A spacious comfortable apartment in lovely well kept gardens just 50 yards from the beach. Restaurant, shop, laundry close by. Staff vey helpful. Dickinson’s bay delightful and check out the wildlife on nearby McKinnons pond.

The location is amazing....Literally, steps from the beach! We had everything we needed, minus food and drinks. The bed was comfortable and the porch was perfect, we spent most of our time on the porch! We visited the pool a couple times and it was very clean. The landscaping was gorgeous and well maintained. The office staff was very nice and helpful. The Starfish bar at Sibonny and Anna's were within easy walking distance of the unit. Kay was amazing and actually stopped by for a quick visit. Our biggest complaint would be the attitude of most of the islanders, they seemed very bitter and angry. My wife got jumped on by security at the grocery store trying to buy ice and the driver we hired for a tour was very gruff and very bitter. We had a very good time despite this. We highly recommend the Mystic Cruise catamaran snorkeling excursion as we had an incredible time and it's only a short walk away. Overall, we really enjoyed our trip despite any hiccups!

My Wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Kay’s lovely space in South Point. It was a truly incredible experience. The location is amazing, with plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. There are two local grocery stores that are walkable as well. The space itself is very clean and welcoming. It is near local attractions such as Nelson’s Dockyard and Shirley Heights but also feels private and removed. Kay, herself, was very responsive and provided many recommendations for things to do locally and on the island in general. I would highly recommend this location and hope to have occasion to return soon!

Thank you Carolyn and Trevor for our wonderful stay. You had an amazing location with a beautiful view and within walking distance to one of the best beaches. The apartment was fully equipped and spotlessly clean and you were both on hand to respond to any messages and queries we had. Thank you for all the recommendations of places to visit and for even helping to organise a birthday cake for our daughter's special occasion. I would definitely recommend your accommodation to any friends who were visiting the island!
