A fabulous private villa that sits with the mountains behind and the sea to the front and just a five minute walk to Mojacar's beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The villa is light, airy, and stylish. Our charming beach home is situated in an exclusive and peaceful seaside neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and gardens, walking distance from the sea. Due to the elevated situation of the home, you will enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and beautiful views from your private garden with BBQ and pool. Buiten een privéterras van maar liefst 50 m², omringd door olijf- en fruitbomen, op een volledig omheind terrein. Op 6 km ligt het goudgele strand, en op 2 km het dorp. Overdag ontdek je de omgeving of geniet je van zee en zon. Daarna een duik in ons nieuwe zwembad en sluit je de dag af met een goede wijn.
