Séjourner chez AKINITA a été un plaisir. L’emplacement était parfait ( vraiment centre-ville), l’appartement était confortable , bien équipé et propre avec belle vue . Mireille était toujours disponible pour répondre à mes questions. Hautement recommandé !

We were a group of 3 and we were hosted well at Emmanuel's. The apartment is clean and beautiful. It can easily accommodate a group of 5-7 people. Depending on availability there is a driver onsite who can give you a lift either by motorbike or car to your destinations. If he is not available they can call a local taxi for you and get you the correct rate for your destination. (Sadly some taxi drivers will take advantage of the fact that you are a foreigner and overcharge you) Overall a positive experience and we were well looked after by Emmanuel's team.

Very large apartment. Clean, compared with most of our other stays in Madagascar. And a hot water shower, with actual hot water. Amazing value. Perfect for us (family of 6).

Stayed one night at Nanja's place and loved the apartment and its minimalist modern chic decor. Location wise, it is in a good neighbourhood with many options for food and drinks especially at night and there was no problem getting around on our own. Ninja was also a great host and gave us good tips and recommendations on the area as well. Overall a great experience which I would recommend!

I had a pleasant night at this location. Very big balcony and lovely views. The entrance is near "AMBOARA LAVAGE BY-PASS", and the house is near the location marked as "Fatana" on Google Maps. Maybe that can help future guests find the place easier.

Notre hôte et son épouse ont été charmants et toujours disponibles, ainsi qu’à notre écoute. Le logement répond aux normes occidentales et est confortable. Il se trouve dans un quartier très animé du 1er arrondissement de Tananarive, offrant une magnifique vue des fenêtres du salon. Il est lumineux, bien aménagé avec une grande cuisine dite à l’américaine, équipée de l’essentiel pour pouvoir cuisiner et manger à quatre. Les deux chambres donnent sur une grande terrasse et sont au calme. Les lits sont grands et confortables. Nous avons pu également, ce qui est très pratique, laver notre linge, grâce à une machine à laver récente. Nous sommes à proximité de tous les commerces essentiels (grandes surfaces, pharmacies, banques, distributeurs automatiques, restaurants, hôtels, bars, taxis, bus) Franchement on s’est senti comme chez nous. À recommander, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Séjour très agréable avec un hôte super sympathique et proactif. Des gens très agréables et intelligents. le logement était comme dans la description, l'espace, le salon, les chambres. Tout était comme dans la description. Juste le lit d'une des chambres était un peu fatigué, mais cela ne nous a pas empêcher de quand même bien dormir. Je recommande ce logement et ces gens à 200 %.

Valérie est très attentionnée, organisé et aime les choses raffinées qui se reflètent dans son logement. Le quartier est calme plutôt agréable même si nous n'avons pas le temps de découvrir véritablement le périmètre. Je recommande en famille ou en couple le logement est fonctionnelle et la terrasse est agréable

Alexandre's place was very beautiful and modern in a nice neighborhood of Antananarivo. The apartment was great but sadly we didn't have running water during our stay since there was a major break in the water line. This is very common in Antananarivo so I can't fault Alexandre but it still put a damper on our stay. Luckily Victor the guardian helped us out by bringing some water buckets. Overall I think the apartment is great but would have liked to be advised of some issues before the stay.

Zoelisoa’s place was well situated: very near of everything you need and very easy to get to other places by taxis always around. He made our check-in and our life easier and smoother thanks to Mireille. She was always ready to help when we needed. She always regularly checked upon us to see how we’re doing. Above all, Mireille’s help was invaluable when the city water was cut and we didn’t have water to function. Mireille helped us to get some water. She was already very handy to pick us at the airport to the place. Thank you both for being so welcoming.

L'appartement est très confortable, étincelant et très bien équipé. Aucun souci d'internet, d'eau ou d'électricité, ce qui est parfait pour la situation tananarivienne. Les hôtes sont accueillants.

Séjour agréable. Nous voulions de l’espace pour que nos enfants puissent jouer et aussi une cuisine où cuisiner et c’était le cas. L’appartement est bien spacieux. Les enfants ont pu jouer dans la piscine et la cour qui est grande. En plus, l’appartement est situé dans une résidence sécurisée. Romain a bien répondu à nos demandes.

Working for 4 days at a conference at the CCI Ivato, we found this an excellent place for me and my staff. The guardian was kind enough to help us into the apartment at midnight, and was discreetly downstairs if we had any questions. He was also kind enough to be there at our departure, again, late at night. Being off the main road was not an issue, the instructions that we were given were perfect, we found the place with no issues. The location meant that we were just far enough away from the noise of the main road to get a peaceful night's sleep every night, and the neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe. The apartment is very spacious, and what was great were the solar lights. Power cuts in Antananarivo are common, but all rooms have light supplied by solar, so that was appreciated. The hot water is plentiful and boiling hot, we were four people showering and had no problems. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay if you need to be in the Ivato area, I would stay again.
