Holiday rentals with beach access in Antalya

Fabulous stay in Antalya! We recently rented the two bedrooms, two bathrooms apartment above the Karaf Bistro in Antalya, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was modern, clean, well-equipped, and maintained to exceptionally good standard. The excellent location made it easy to explore the city. The host is incredibly friendly, helpful, and dependable. Yaren was always available to answer any questions. Downstairs the bistro serves excellent food. I am not a fan of pizza, but their pizza was the best I have ever tasted. Pasta and the Turkish cheese salad are excellent too. The bistro also offers room delivery, which is convenient after a busy day. We would recommend this apartment (and the bistro) for anyone looking to stay in Antalya.

Very pleasant place, which has everything you may need to stay (from the kitchen up to a washing machine). It was very easy to communicate with Bora with clear instructions how to get to the place. The location itself is great - very close to the beach, grocery stores and markets with local fruits and vegetables, along with fish stores (one market is every Saturday, one is every Friday - next to a Friday market a fish shop with the fresh fish). There are a lot of different restaurants and cafes around, several public transport stops. Street itself is a very calm and green, you can enjoy your coffee on a beautiful terrace.

Gülin hanım iyi bir ev sahibiydi . Biz daha sokağa adamımız atar atmaz hemen bizi gördü ve otopark konusunda yardımcı oldu. Dairenin tamamı ve çarşaflar temizdi ve düzenliydi. Biz genel olarak konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık.

We stayed 14 days in Hakan's apartment. It was a very good choice: a beautiful and well-maintained home. Everything you need is there. The apartment is in a great location. You have a view of the sea from the living room and the balcony and the tram stops nearby. Greenery, the sea and the old town (Kaleiçi) are also less than a 10-minute walk away. The range of shops in the immediate vicinity is completely OK; a bakery and several supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. Hakan is an excellent host. Upon arrival, the apartment was in perfect order. There was a large full container of drinking water, and in addition to various delicacies, we found a nice bowl of fruit in the refrigerator. That felt like a real welcome. Hakan offers all the service that is needed, responds quickly and in a friendly manner. We know the area. But for people who do not know the city well, he certainly has many good tips as an Antalya native. For our next visit to Antalya, we will definitely come back!

Evin konumu ulaşım açısından çok kolaydı, gün içinde vakit geçirilebilecek her konuma çok kolay ulaşım sağladım. Ev çok temiz, düzenli ve ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabilecek her şey mevcut. Gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edilebilecek bir evdi. Ben hem Cenk Bey’in iletişiminden hemde bulunduğum lokasyondan çok memnun kaldım. Tekrar tercih etmeyi isterim, çok teşekkür ederim :)

We had a pleasure of staying at Ozge place. It was 5 minutes drive to the local beach and all 15 minutes from the old city. We would love to stay at her place if we're back in the town again.

We stayed 6 days on this apartment, everything was perfect, equipped with everything we needed. Location good, not far from old town or beach. For sure we will choose again. 10/10

The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped, good location, close to the sea, easy to reach by public transport. Communication with Fatma was smooth, check in and check out was uncomplicated

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in der Villa in Belek. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der große, saubere Pool, der täglich gepflegt wurde – einfach traumhaft!

We really enjoyed our stay here - we decided to stay in Antalya last minute and quite late at night - this was a great landing place. We were greeted at the door despite our late arrival. Apartment is well equipped and accurately described. Communication with the host was excellent. The bathroom is quite small, it was a bit difficult for two people, but totally workable and not a big deal. We also had a little trouble with the wifi but it worked ok, and the host assured us they would look into it. We would still recommend despite these small things!

We had a wonderful time at Sibel and Baris’ beautiful villa. Having been let down by our 1st accommodation provider we booked this property in the morning and were relaxing by the pool in the afternoon of the same day. Sibel and Baris worked so hard to get it all ready for us within a few hours and were so accommodating throughout our time there; very responsive to queries and welcoming, nothing was too much for them. The villa is great with lovely rooms and pool, lots of equipment and utensils and was an ideal place to relax and unwind. Would highly recommend these amazing hosts, this lush villa and a holiday in Turkey❤️! X

We stayed here with our family of four in May. The apartment is very nice and the pool and secluded courtyard were wonderful. Very close to restaurants and old town but far enough to reduce the noise.

The location was perfect in Old Town Antalya. The host was very quick to respond and kept us well informed. It was a little tricky to drive in and find the place the first night. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Appartment und das Gebäude waren sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber und die Familie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch ideal. Man findet alles in Fußnähe. Wir werden das Appartment definitiv weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank :)

We had a perfect staying at Taci place . The location is unbeatable , 7 min to old town, also strategically positioned to get to Lara caddesi in minutes . The apartment has anything you need , we did not cook but you could definitely do, washing machine , spacious bedroom , comfortable living room , easy to get in and out . The parking is on a busy street indeed but we never really had an issue to find a spot even on the street close by. There is a small beach literally 5 min away. We never met Taci, we only connected via what’s up when we checked in mostly, but this is a good thing , because everything was perfect and we did not need to bug him about anything 😀 We definitely recommend the place , 💯. And we will return !

wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment with stunning views over the beach and pool. The location was perfect—peaceful, scenic, and just a short walk from some excellent restaurants. The apartment was clean, modern, and very well equipped. It was a real pleasure to wake up each day to such a lovely view. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this place

Très bien situé, à proximité de la plage. Cuisine pas très fonctionnelle mais c’est très facile de se nourrir à proximité : beaucoup de restaurants peu chers.

Wir sind mit unserer 4 monatigen Tochter angereist. Der Alex hatte uns die Nr von seinen Vater hinterlassen der zur der Zeit auch vor Ort war und genau nebenan wohnt. Der hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Schlüsselübergabe gemacht. So ein toller herzenslieber Mensch gewesen wir haben uns so gut verstanden mit ihm, wenn man Fragen hatte, konnte man immer bei ihm klopfen. Der hat unsere Tochter so geliebt und immer für sie gesorgt wenn er mal am Pool vorbeiging,hat er immer gefragt was macht unsere Prinzessin. Einfach ein sehr toller Mensch gewesen. Die Wohnung ist schön klein, man hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und man gelangt von der Terrasse aus direkt zum Pool, das ist richtig gut gewesen. 200 Meter weiter ist ein Mirgos wo man seine Lebensmittel einkaufen kann.Abends ist es schön da in der Meile spazieren zu gehen aber einfach alles zu überteuert und Touristenabzocke, mit Auto rausfahren besser

I had a great stay! The host was incredibly kind, polite, and always quick to help — every small issue was solved instantly. I’m very thankful for the warm welcome. The apartment looks exactly like the photos: clean, well-kept, and everything works perfectly. It’s in a quiet, prestigious area with easy access by car and public transport. While it’s not the closest place to the sea, it’s perfect for those who want a peaceful, local experience away from tourist crowds. There’s a Migros and other shops nearby, a barber shop just across the street, a pharmacy in the building, and good restaurants and a park not far away. The neighbors were quiet too — I felt truly at home. Highly recommended!
