Holiday houses in Anse Gouvernement

We were personally received by Alvis upon our arrival. He gave us many tips (in fluent German!). 4 bikes were already ready at our request. We really liked the cocover with the open living area. The rooms do not have AC but fans and mosquito nets. You should be prepared for warm nights. The rooms and bathrooms are simple and stylishly furnished, the kitchen could use a renovation again in our opinion. A few basics like salt & oil would still be handy for cooking. The garden is beautiful! We also found the location well located with bikes. Shops, restaurants, beaches - all reachable in 5-15 minutes.

We were very happy with our stay at Merle’s Beach Studio! The place was super clean, and waking up there was absolutely beautiful. The outdoor shower was a real highlight — such a cool experience. It’s perfectly located in the jungle, which made it feel like a true getaway.

The location of Maka Bay is breathtaking. The view itself from the balcony is worth the money. The flat itself is very modern and has all needed amenities. It is a very secluded and safe residence. We had some issues with the air conditioning and the washing machine which we addressed on our first evening. By the next early afternoon technicians came and resolved both issues. Nicole arranged a car rental service for us. We were met by the car rental at the ferry and we were able to return the car at the airport. All in all, no complaints and well worth the money!

We had a perfect, cozy getaway at the Crystal Apartment in Seychelles. The apartment was well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook our meals. We loved enjoying dinner and watching the sunset at evening from the lovely balcony. With the car rental, the location was ideal for us, it was peaceful, private, and away from the crowds. The road up to the apartment is quite steep, but we didn’t mind at all, it actually turned into a fun bit of light exercise! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was excellent. There were friendly people ready to welcome us and make us feel at home right away. Steven, Lucille, and the Crystal Apartment team were consistently responsive and reliable throughout our stay.

The place is beautiful, the rooms are large, tastefully decorated and very clean. A rental car is recommended if you want to explore the island. The 2 most beautiful beaches for us can also be reached on foot, Anse Lazio (20 min) and Anse Georgette (hike, about 1 hour)... that made the location perfect for us. The optional, rich dinner on the terrace with sea view is recommended (price we didn't find expensive compared to other restaurants/bars). We would definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful 9-day stay at the Brown Sugar Lodge on Mahé Island. The house is perched on a steep hill, offering stunning views of the bay, and is incredibly spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, the privacy of the three bedrooms, and the large patio with a lovely pool – perfect for relaxing any time of day. The host family was exceptionally kind and helpful. They assisted us with grocery shopping and were always available to offer advice when needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. This is a great place for anyone looking for peace, space, and a beautiful setting. Highly recommended!

The perfect accommodation for your stay on La Digue! Very centrally located to reach any place on the island by bike or hiking. Fabio and his family are very welcoming and made us feel right at home. No matter what time of day, they were always on hand with useful tips. The accommodation is perfectly equipped for the stay and offers every comfort. The fact that you can hire bikes directly from them is great. We will definitely come back to La Digue and would be very happy to stay on Fabio's property again! Extremely charming lodging nestled in a peaceful tropical garden shared with another villa and the owner's. A cocoon of homey and local atmosphere which includes an excellent breakfast with fresh daily products. The beautiful and quiet beach is just 3 minutes away by foot and Anse Lazio 5 minutes by car. I would definitely come back and recommend!

A great apartment, really spacious and super clean throughout. Great view over the balcony across to Silhouette. Have to have faith and courage in hire car to get up the steep track and driveway but made it every time!
