It is a space of 80 pyeong, including Building 3, an ancillary facility, in addition to the main building on a 230-pyeong site. It is a villa-style accommodation built neatly with the finest materials, where you can watch TV. Clean white bedding and toilets are standard, and in addition to the main building, there is a spacious garden, swimming pool, cafe and restaurant, glass greenhouse-like barbecue area, and a separate space called Ttukseon Gudel-dong, which is available for a separate fee. This is a quasi-hanok-style annex that heats up the firewood. The rooftop is spacious and open to embrace the sea.There is a beautiful and secluded beach within a 5-minute walk, and if the water runs out, you can experience shellfishing. The main living room has a premium fireplace where you can see fantastic sparks, and a small fireplace is installed in the cafe where you can enjoy the fire all night. This is Sindo, a small island right next to Yeongjongdo Incheon International Airport. This is a health-oriented residence located 10 minutes away from Incheon Airport by crossing the Sindo Peace Bridge. It consists of a main building, Yongdu-ree, with a floor area of 42 pyeong, and two annexes, Dongwolchul and Seoilak, with a combined floor area of 8 pyeong. The buildings are constructed using only natural building materials sourced from nature, including pure reinforced red clay from Gwangju, cypress wood from Hwasun, Jeollanam-do, mica schist, and germanium schist.
