Holiday home located in Lipari (Aeolian Islands). The apartment is on the first floor of a detached villa (my mother and I live on the ground floor) and consists of a kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom. It is located in the hamlet of Pianoconte, in the countryside in a quiet setting 5km from the historic center (therefore you need a vehicle to get around), with a parking space and motorcycle and the possibility of using the garden and terrace on the ground floor. POSSIBILITY OF USING A NEARBY SWIMMING POOL.

Our accommodation is located in the historic center of the island, very close to the charming Piazza di Marina Corta and 200 meters from Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the prestigious main street of the island with the many clubs, bars, shops and nightlife. The apartment is located a few steps from the beach of Porto delle Genti and about 800 meters from the hydrofoil/boat terminal. The accommodation is for the kitchen and modern interior, along with comfort for couples, families or groups of friends up to 3 people

In the bedroom there is a double bed, and when necessary there is enough space to add a single bed. The bathroom has a shower and there is also an outdoor shower on the terrace.
