Great location and big property with easy check in and lovely garden area. House was very big and spacious, felt very homely too. Bathrooms were clean and house had all key amenities. Beds comfortable. Located moments from all key sights in Anping yet the house itself was quiet from the street (although neighbours could be heard from the back of the house). House felt very secure with smart lock and garden very pretty. Nespresso machine and filtered water tap very useful too. Chien Yu was very responsive and would happily stay there again.

This is the best place to stay in Tainan. A family of👍 10 stayed. There was no inconvenience. You can feel Taiwan's tradition. The house is well ventilated, so the house is cool and pleasant. You can use the washing machine. You can also dry the laundry in the sun. There are many delicious eateries nearby. You can use the water purifier and the water is clean. The host is responsive and very kind. I made a lot of pleasant memories in Tainan. The best. Thank you.

Pets are very friendly! There is also a pet tooth cleaning bone attached to your stay, pet water bowls, pet cooler pads The room is very clean, except the drain hole will smell bad, overall is good ~

Luca was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. He also sends unique recommendations of the places in Tainan. I had a great trip during my 2 weeks there. Taiwanese are known for their welcoming nature, and Luca is no exception. Sometimes when he pass by the area, he would bring some local food/fruits and hang it at the door. I’m very appreciative of his warm welcoming. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, with all the amenities you need, and you can enjoy both a private experience, as well as a welcoming one. 1F Yakiniku Area Comfort 100 The second floor large TV can watch movies together and sing together. The 3rd floor room also has a bathtub. The host was so welcoming and responsive, and we accidentally spilled the soup and immediately helped us change the sheets. Next time we come to Tainan, we can come and stay here again.
