We booked this home for my mom's 80th birthday trip to the casino and I wanted a home that was comfortable, roomy, and in a safe location and it was absolutely perfect. The hot tub was super relaxing and hot. Home is so roomy, decorated beautifully, and we were surprised at how convenient it is to everything but still feels private. We would love to come back again.

This home was great! The outdoor patio and pool were so fun along with the game room!

Had such a wonderful staycation this past weekend! It was spotless and matches the description as listed. Great place for a family to stay at! Just fyi, the pool was much deeper than it seems! Didn't notice any signage that said how deep it was but it didn't stop us from having fun! Everything overall was a great experience and felt like we were right at home. Would recommend highly!

We LOVED this place. My family and I had a great time with all the amentias we had just at the Airbnb alone. It was everything and more. Sergio was a great host! We also took advantage of the limo service to a concert, and it was amazing! The house was so clean and the location was great. It's only about a 20 minute drive to get to downtown Dallas. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Luanne and Emma’s place in The Colony, TX! The home was so welcoming, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy, homey feel. It was the perfect retreat to come back to after long days at the soccer fields—comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully put together. Every detail was considered—from the fully stocked kitchen to the little touches that made it feel like home. They truly thought of everything you might need during your stay. I highly recommend this spot to any future travelers—it’s a fantastic place to stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you, Luanne and Emma!

Robert’s place is among the best that I have seen and may be my overall favorite. The home is better than the pictures. It would be difficult to find a better location along with the total peace and privacy of Robert’s home. The home is very clean and beyond well stocked. You will immediately feel at home. The backyard is peaceful and totally private and the pool is one of the nicest you’ll find (large and deep). Above all of that, Robert is the best host! He is kind and communicative and saved our trip when we had to leave a previous booking that was totally unfit. I would definitely stay again if I am in Dallas!

Amazing place! Super clean home! Deyona has done an amazing job with her home. She is an awesome communicator and makes your stay feel like you are home. Great location to get to everything in Princeton. Highly recommend!

Hopefully this becomes a superhost place because it truly deserves it. I've never had such a proactive host, provided food recommendations, clear instructions, and very easy to interact. The location is stunning and peaceful, a great place to hop in the hot tub and stargaze. Everything was truly 5 star, and it felt like home, so comfortable and relaxing! Even the smallest of details, we forgot about like bug spray was available, there was even extra toothbrushes in case you forgot. Some AirBNBs have all the "leftover" shampoos, etc. but this had the feel of a hotel and home. Thank you for an unbelievable stay!

Dale's place was perfect for our needs for the weekend, and he was very responsive! The bed, shower, and sitting arrangements were all great (I really liked the shower). I will be repeating with Dale if I am back in the area!

This place was exactly what we were hoping for. It was spacious and clean for our family. Bryan was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We would highly recommend this place for a family to stay and we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful historic home, perfectly balanced with modern upgrades. Great peaceful area, walkable to Downtown McKinney. The home's build and decor work together very charmingly. Plenty of space throughout and outdoors with great amenities. I only wish that I was inside more to use the stove! My son and nephews enjoyed the bunkbeds and picked a different bed to sleep in each night. The king bed in the Master is comfortable with great bedding, fully stocked bathrooms. The hosts really thought of everything.

My wife and I had a wonderfully stress free stay at The Little Ass Apartment! Michael was a great host, was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him. The place is amazing inside and out. The three miniature donkeys led by Eve Girl and Kobe the horse were a fun part of the experience. The Banrdo had everything we needed and was well appointed. We spent our days running through the small towns from Collinsville to Tishomingo, OK visiting antique stores. Once back at the property we played corn hole (which I won) and cards ( which I did not win!) before spending the rest of our evening staring at the stars while we sat on the swings outside. What a great place to just get away from the big city! One of our favorite weekend getaways. Thank you Michael and family for your hospitality and allowing us to share your beautiful place! I had a fantastic experience at Ali’s house. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed including a washer and dryer, quality coffee and toiletries in the bathroom. We walked into downtown McKinney and met friends at several restaurants. I will be back.

A great spot! Easy to get in & out, local to downtown McKinney. Felt very safe, secure & the fur babies were right at home. Hope to return & stay again. Wendy was very responsive & easy to communicate with.

We had a lovely stay! The place was just as described and matches the photos. It had all the ammenities we needed. Very open concept and loved that it had 3 full bathrooms. Was just perfect for our family and stay. The backyard was a plus. Since we traveled with a small dog. The neighbours pet was pretty friendly also. Yard was kept up with. Perfect for pet owners. Things we appreciate for our fur babies. Would definitely recommend!

The place was nice and clean. Loved the master bath! Singamma was very accommodating and responsive.
