Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. L'appartamento si trova in centro città, vicino alla zona della "movida triestina", vicino a musei, ristoranti, bar e monumenti, vicinissimo alla Clinica Salus e all'Università Vecchia. The studio is situated in a calm neighbourhood. It has its own entrance and a nice garden with a view on the sea. In front of the house on the left is your free parking lot. There are small markets in the vicinity. Once here, you will get bed sheets and towels. There is tourist tax (2 Eur per person/day) to be payed.
