This cozy apartment boasts a fantastic location and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sharon is an exceptional host—upon arrival, we were delighted to find all the essentials stocked for a perfect weekend getaway!

A lovely stay at Geoff’s house. Great location, across from the beach, and super peaceful. A lovely front verandah to hang out on with the dogs, rocking in the hammock. The only downside was that the second bedroom didn’t have any blinds or curtains so next door’s light kept the kids awake until late. This definitely needs seeing to as nobody wants tired kids at the end of a weekend away. Overall, a lovely weekend break.

Brilliant place to stay. Everything was clean and suitable for our small family. Including our little doggo. Will be back again

I could not recommend Olivia’s place more highly. This home is so much more than the pictures could ever portray. A gorgeous family home with all of the creature comforts to make a stay with young kids seamless. The location is fantastic, the kitchen is new and very well appointed (sharp knives!), the beds were comfy (iykyk), and the place was spotless. A warm and inviting place for a holiday, we will definitely be back!

Loved our stay at the purple place. perfect location. House had everything we needed and more.. Lots of room for a family and perfect yard for our dogs. The table and chairs up at the dunes was my favourite spot.

Fantastic Cottage at the back of the main house with its own little backyard. Was perfect for our young family and dogs - Kitchen was well equipped and bedding was comfortable. Would recommend to anyone

Sand and Dunes was a beautifully appointed house suitable for families. It was very clean and well maintained. Ducted air and heated pool were a nice touch. There are plenty of break away areas so you did not feel like you were living on top of each other. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the beach and local amenities made it the ideal location. PS do not rely on Google Maps, it tried to take us to some random back street. I would highly recommend Sand and Dunes to anyone and would definitely bring my family (5 adults and two children) back again.

Perfect spot for a family getaway in Yamba. Easy access to the beach, short walk into town/cafes/playground. The townhouse is near new, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could possibly need. It was spacious for our family of 5. Kids loved the plunge pool and it was warm enough even in late April. Would definitely recommend this place for those wanting a relaxed, peaceful getaway in a great location. Hosts couldn't be more helpful and responsive. thanks for a lovely stay!

Great location, well presented property - handy to restaurants

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and in a perfect location, close to everything we needed yet peaceful and comfortable. The little thoughtful touches throughout the space truly showed that the host genuinely cares about their guests, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Great apartment to stay, clean and had everything we needed. The host provided helpful, clear instructions for an easy check in, and had nice local recommendations.

Such a cosy old-fashioned Bach-like place to stay on the seafront and beach - wonderful views of sea. It was so dog-friendly and a good location, and easy to walk to a local cafe and restaurant nearby.

Great house for 2 families, with separate space downstairs for teenagers. Great central location, walk to river, beaches, shops, restaurants, pub etc. Harbour street is quite a busy street, but we did stay over the busy Easter weekend, so probably not always this busy.

We had such an amazing stay at high noon. Family and friends gathered for my son’s birthday and we were blown away by this beach house. Everything from the super comfy beds to the amazing beach front location this property had it all. We visit Minnie waters every year and we can’t wait to come back here soon!
