In the middle of nature and yet central (not far from Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Liège) We rent out a 70-square-metre apartment on our property (Eynattener Mühle), with a separate entrance. The apartment comprises a large combined living-dining-kitchen area, a large bedroom, a small combined living-bedroom with a single bed (185 x 85 cm), and a bathroom. A foldaway bed (90 x 200 cm) is available upon request. There is space for 4 adults and 1 baby (cot available). An outdoor seating area, right on the Göhle, is available for our guests.

On the outskirts of Sint-Truiden, the capital of Haspengouw, this quietly located house offers you everything to make your stay unforgettable. Enjoy bubbles in the Jacuzzi and warm up by the fireplace. You can watch TV or Netflix with the beamer in the cozy sitting area. Only the fitness room does not have air conditioning. Balmoral – Apartment with view and large terrace

Appartement dans une villa de caractère située dans le quartier de Balmoral au dessus de la ville de Spa (3 km) et à 12 km du circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. L'appartement est situé au niveau du jardin et comprend une cuisine équipée avec un coin repas, une chambre avec un lit double d’1m80, une salle de bain avec douche et un WC indépendant. Il dispose d'une entrée individuelle et d'une vaste terrasse avec deux parties abritées pouvant être chauffées et jouit d’une vue magnifique sur la vallée.

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

Unique and attractive holiday home at Ourthe

Auberge Le Barrage is a pleasant, cosy house with familiar atmosphere at a scenic spot on the Ourthe. The house was built around 1900 as an Inn. We've had major remodeling, but we preserved some authentic details and combined them with contemporary comfort. The house is an ideal holiday/weekend destination for groups around 14 people. A pleasant location; the warm atmosphere of the old days is still there, you feel immediately at home here, and the beautiful surroundings will do the rest!

This guest house is located in the heart of Haspengouw. The Kluis van Vrijhern and the Wijngaerdbos are within walking distance, and various hiking trails pass through them. The house has been recently renovated and equipped with the necessary comfort. Through the terrace, you get access to the garden with a lovely Jacuzzi that you can enjoy for free. TV, wireless internet and music system are available. There is a private parking space in front of the house.

During your stay in this spacious apartment, you will relax completely. There is room for 2 cars in the courtyard. In the shared garden is a trampoline and climbing rack. The living room has a TV, and pellet stove. Bathroom has a generous shower. The kitchen has a microwave/oven + dishwasher. The home has a double bed and a double sofa bed with comfortable topper. Ideal for long stays are the washing machine and dryer. There is air conditioning on both floors.

Liège: Beautiful apartment overlooking Meuse

Beautiful apartment on the 9th floor with incredible views of Meuse and Boverie Park as well as Calatrava train station in the back. Ideally located 20 minutes' walk from the very center of Liège (Rue Saint-Paul – Place Cathédrale), 10 minutes from the Palais des Congrès, 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the Mediacité. Right next to a Delhaize and 2 minutes from a series of shops (bakery, butcher, bank,...) Easy parking on the quays.

This modern, comfortable house will delight you with its facilities (infrared sauna, jacuzzi, electric charging point, air conditioning, open fire, etc.). Renovated to a high standard, it has a garden with a pétanque court and uninterrupted views over the valley. We prefer arrivals on Thursday or Friday, but please contact us for any other dates. Events causing a nuisance are prohibited. No disturbance during the day or at night will be tolerated.
