The modern and newly renovated 85 m² residential unit in the Leopoldskron district offers a unique combination of absolute tranquility in the countryside with mountain views and proximity to the center. The old town is a 20-minute walk, while public transportation takes only 10 minutes. Public transport tickets are provided free of charge for each guest. The local recreation area "Leopoldskroner Weiher" is within walking distance.

Welcome to the holiday region Berchtesgadener Land and surroundings. In the middle is the village of Anger, which King Ludwig I once called the "most beautiful village in his kingdom." Hardly any other vacation region offers so many possibilities and attractions in every season. Away from the village, our apartment is surrounded by beautiful nature with unforgettable views of the valley and the impressive mountain panorama.

Here is a huge trailer with everything you need, even a separate shower and oven. Perfect for both short and long stays. On top there is a great view over wide fields and the beautiful Alpine panorama. Pets and of course children are welcome here. Children up to the age of 6 stay with us free of charge. If necessary, I will also gladly install fall protection for the little ones.

The other tourist highlights such as Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut and Lake Chiemsee can also be reached quickly by car. Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.

The apartment features bright, tastefully furnished rooms and a large balcony overlooking the mountains. Via the shared main entrance, you can reach your apartment on the second floor via the stairs. Piding is an ideal starting point for many activities: swimming, hiking, cycling, the old town of Salzburg can be reached in 15 minutes.
