Apartment holiday rentals in Androscoggin County

This is the second time we have rented from Heather and we would definitely do so again. The view from the deck is stunning. The kitchen is well equipped should one want to prepare meals. The apartment is immaculate! The apartment is quiet and the information sheet provided by the host regarding house rules and information on how to work the coffee maker and tv was extremely thorough. Any questions were answered promptly and courteously. We look forward to renting from Heather again.

Thoughtfully designed and appointed place - has all the things you need and Marcia makes it very easy to get in and check out. Easy to get to Lewiston, Brunswick, Portland and everywhere in between!

It was a very pleasant stay. More than the wonderful experience on the place itself, Cody and Danielle were very responsive and accomodating to all our questions, and requests. They really find time to respond even when they are busy since it was the time they gave birth to a third. Thank you once again.

We had a great time and we are very satisfied. This place was clean, well put together, convenient, and so comfy we felt at home. The TV even had Disney plus which the kids loved. The park is right around the corner. This Air BNB had everything we needed and then some. I personally like to clean and do laundry so the big washer/dryer was a plus. Had a Walmart order delivered and they found the place with no problem. Nice porch and yard. We felt very safe with our kids (even with autism) thanks to the surveillance system, the cleaning cabinet was locked up which needed a code to be unlocked, and the code that locks/unlocks the door. Ours host/s we’re very responsive even when I thought they wouldn’t be. I highly recommend this space wether you have kids or not if you need a three bedroom, this is it! Make sure to check out the shower head my kids were astonished! Thank you for providing a home away from home I hope this helps for future renters. We are 100% happy with our stay! :)

It was just what we needed. It was so relaxing. It was Homie quaint it was nicely dated very convenient full kitchen drawing room or sitting room. The lake is literally maybe 45 steps away which brings you three docs and any color kayak you want lifejackets you know safety first and great bass fishing. It was beautiful. I enjoyed the R&R honestly it was for anniversary/Mother’s Day so it was very peaceful. The bed is so comfortable. It was just a wonderful time. Beautiful couch very comfortable. You can fit too. You wanna lay down and watch a movie. Plenty of places to eat little stores to run to. It was really nice. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay! Lisa is very responsive and so nice. We quickly made friends with Bella, the resident dog, and she is the sweetest pup. We were surprised with a Thanksgiving snow storm and the town lost power but there is a whole house generator, so we didn’t skip a beat or notice the power outage, which was so nice! There is a coffee pot on site (not a Keurig) and Lisa provided coffee grounds, which was amazing because we brought coffee pods. The bathroom is directly off the bedroom but there is no door, so if you need more privacy, I’d plan to tack up a blanket. The view of the lake is gorgeous and the property is peaceful. A gas station with a Dunkin is just a just a minute or two down the road and very convenient. We would definitely return.

Thank you, Patty and John, for hosting us at your lovely place. We stayed at the Scatter Good Farm for four nights during Bowdoin’s commencement weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. The setting was peaceful and serene—just what we needed. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our daughter especially loved making friends with Lucy the dog and the goats—it added such a sweet, personal touch to our trip. The farm was just a short drive to Bowdoin, which made getting to campus events easy and stress-free. The hosts are wonderful, welcoming and super responsive. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful place to stay near Brunswick, this is a true gem. We would absolutely come back!

Nancy and Dave's place is super clean neat and organized! My wife and I love it here, they have a real nice rental unit,and Nancy is very responsive, helpful and kind! This is our 2nd stay here, and we will stay again if it's available!

Stacey was a great hostess! Super friendly, welcoming and helpful! The space was decorated nicely, very clean and had everything we needed. The linens and towels were great, the ice cream was a definite added bonus and wonderful!. We felt completely at home and relaxed the whole time we were there, had a great space for remote working, and a nice view over the Millpond. I loved that the bathroom had locally made soaps in it. easy walk to the lake, to the farmers market, the general store, everything was right there! We loved it and would definitely go back! I grew up in Wayne and was so excited to have this extra space when we all were in town with extended family visiting!

Great place to stay. 20mins away from Booth bay. Dan was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you are planning to stay close to Booth bay.

This was a beautiful place to stay! Quiet area with a cute downtown, beautiful scenery a short drive away, and central to lots of places to go like Portland, Auburn, and Freeport. The house was clean, and had everything we needed to feel like we were at home away from home. Stacy was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was very helpful. Will absolutely be staying here again!

Daniel's place was great. 3 of us were working in the general area and because I wasnt familiar with the area I was a little hesitant as to where to stay but His place sounded great and it didn't let us down. Clean, Spacious, with all the amenities and more. Thank you Daniel for a great experience and place to stay.

what a beautiful home, the pictures do not do it justice. Booked last minute while in Maine for work, and it was a perfect relaxing place to stay. The view from the porch was so peaceful and the gardens and entire back yard were beautiful. The attention to detail shows outside and inside as well, with unique antiques and small interesting details everywhere. Thank you for a great stay, will def look to book again when I am back in Maine.

it was very clean and location was convenient to lewiston and portland.

Our initial motivation was location - right across the street from the venue for a wedding we were attending. We had a few questions on logistics and amenities and Cody was helpful and responses were very quick. We particularly appreciated the coffee mugs. We have been at several locations where the mugs were really small. It sounds like a little thing but it's really nice to be able to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee without having to get up and refill!

Needed a place to stay with my kids before we were able to move into a permanent place. This place was absolutely perfect in all aspects! The host Cody was very friendly and quick with responding. The home is not only beautiful but the area is as well. I have already recommended my stay to others it was fantastic! My kids loved it as well!
