Fantastic living in the idyllic property

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

Forget everyday life in our quiet apartment between Andechs Monastery and Lake Ammersee. High above Lake Ammersee, the monastery of Andechs towers with its baroque church and the famous monastery brewery. The Ammersee with its diverse leisure activities is only 5 minutes by car. In between is our apartment in the outskirts of the municipality of Andechs. The apartment "Starnberger See" is part of a small holiday apartment complex with a total of three apartments.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Quiet apartment in Andechs (s' Wuidgehege)

The apartment is regularly renovated. Furniture made of oak and natural materials for a clear conscience and the joy of comfort give you the framework for a relaxing stay. You have your own entrance and can have breakfast or grill on your own terrace when the weather allows. Of course, we have a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. TV is mandatory and a library is available for the analogue ones.

Studio apartment - incl. mountain training?!

The apartment in an apartment building is a 5-minute walk from Lake Ammersee. Access is via 59 steps up and 40 steps down - which also makes your stay a training camp! The 1-room apartment has a sofa bed (mattress on slatted frame, 1.4 * 2 m) and a new kitchenette (no oven, 2 hotplates, microwave, fridge). Workation at the Ammersee? No problem: a workplace by the window allows you to combine the necessary with the pleasant.

Welcome to Andechs. Enjoy the peace and quiet and treat yourself to a break. Get active around the nearby lakes (5-15 minutes away by car) or visit the baroque Andechs Monastery with its own brewery. Our modern 1-room apartment has its own entrance and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, 2 hotplates and Bialetti for fresh coffee. If the weather permits, you can relax on your own terrace.

The apartment is in a generally quiet location (depending on the time of day, it is possible to hear the noise from the street), 3rd floor without lift, with a large balcony on the edge of an industrial area. Perfect for excursions: - Munich is 30 minutes away - 15 minutes to Lake Starnberg - Shopping facilities (bakery and supermarket) are only 700m away.
