Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Andaman Sea

We had a fantastic stay at Paul’s condo! The apartment was excellent—very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with four air conditioners, a full kitchen, and a huge balcony complete with ceiling fans and a table, perfect for relaxing outside. The bedrooms were spotless and comfortable, and having free parking was a big plus, even if the spot was a bit tight—it still felt very secure to leave our car there. The location is great, within easy walking distance to the beach and plenty of local food spots. Communication with Paul was smooth and easy throughout. I highly recommend Paul’s place—it’s a great value and made our trip even better. Would definitely stay again!

As someone who’s not into the party scene, Phuket Old Town is always my go-to—and this apartment was absolutely perfect for my trip, especially since I was traveling with my mom. The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Its location is excellent—just 5–10 minutes away from many of the famous and Michelin-recommended restaurants in Old Town. The host truly stood out—he kindly allowed me to check in early and was incredibly helpful, sharing great local tips on where to eat and what to explore. He’s very knowledgeable and responsive, making communication smooth and effortless. I highly recommend reaching out to him if you need anything during your stay.

Amazing stay here, possibly the best apartment in Kamala, stunning views, great rooms, it’s quite luxurious. Host is a great communicator, stayed here for 11 days and was readily available at all times.

I feel extremely grateful to have stayed at such a unique amazing location! Beyond expectations! The host was very communicative. I feel like the property was above expectations. It felt like home because there were lots of extras like cleaning supplies, extra towels, snorkeling equipment and condiments. An assistant to chat with incase you need cleaning and they came quickly and did a great job!

The place is wonderful, cozy and spotless, just like on the pictures. The bed was very comfy and the couch as well! Sasi is very nice and responsive, always willing to help us out. We loved everything about our stay and we can definitely recommend it!

The villa was amazing and had all amenities! We really enjoyed the pool too. The place was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The housekeeper Goi was sweet and very helpful. What a dream house villa. Spacious and super luxurious. I strongly recommend renting a scooter to get to the main road and beyond. Its perfectly located to explore the Rawai area. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. You can feel the professionalism.

A perfect place for family of 4 for 5 nights!Christophe done a good hosting through his proactive and friendly supports in all the need required!every necessity is right down the building,at close walkable distance!!We had car so going at Kamala beach and coming from there& all the beach clubs or Patong area was very easy!Altogether we enjoyed the view from the Apt.and had a good five days there!

The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the host. Absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time, offering local tips and being super responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Patong. I’ll definitely be back!

Great location….quiet and peaceful. Construction was as stated but didn’t disturb our rest. Few unexpected surprises but Heinz and Ar were very helpful and responsive…do appreciative of that. Would stay here again

Great place for a duo or solo traveler! Very cute and cozy, has everything you could need. The host was kind and responsive with anything I needed. The condo was in the heart of boat avenue, surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, and a beach near by (25 mins). However, it's probably recommended to get a scooter/Grab because it's not easy to walk every where. But overall, great experience!

The host is the best since using airb&b. But if somebody concerns about street noise for overnight, no recommend. Also The wall between next door is very thin, so easy to hear the next door noisy.
