Riya is the best host, always very responsive, was in touch and answered any questions. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a long stay. Good internet. There are changeable towels, the right utensils for cooking and all appliances. I recommend this apartment for booking.

We stayed with our family for 9 days in this apartment. We liked the place, everything in general is in line with the description and photos. In fact, the apartment is a little smaller than it looks in the photos. The sofa is sliding, designed for a person of low height. My daughter was 168 cm tall and slept diagonally. The hostess Evgenia is very responsive, promptly answered my questions. It should be borne in mind that staying in an apartment in this condominium does not involve free use of the transfer to Boat avenue and to the beach. This service is available free of charge only to guests of the hotel (who directly rents a room from Diamond resort ). But this is not a problem, as you can walk to the beach in 10-15 minutes and there is always a tuk tuk nearby. It can be much cheaper to get there. Also at check-in or check-out, if you want to leave your suitcases at the reception, you will have to pay 300 baht. Free for hotel guests only. I recommend this apartment, we had a good time here.

A beautiful apartment in a large hotel complex overlooking the countryside. Especially the roof terrace with pool is a real highlight. Everything is a few minutes away on foot.

Raissa’s place was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Raissa was there to meet me upon arrival, and communicated promptly to messages. Her condo is spotless, and adorable with comfortable, quality furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is perfect and is a 5 minute walk to the beach and many nearby shops and restaurants. You won’t be disappointed, I highly recommend it.

Great stay, was exactly as pictured and staff were very helpful. The hotel offered a free shuttle to and from the beach which we used every day!

We had a lovely stay in Rawai! Jet was a thoughtful and responsive host, always quick to reply and very helpful throughout our stay. He also kindly let us check in two hours early, which we really appreciated! The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The complex itself was quiet, secure, and had a nice pool to relax by. Rawai Beach is just a short walk away - while it’s not meant for swimming, it’s a great spot to catch a longtail boat to nearby islands, and there are plenty of cafes and bars along the seafront to enjoy. There are also some great restaurants and supermarkets close by, and Nai Harn Beach, which is stunning, is just a quick 10-minute taxi ride away. A very comfortable and convenient place to stay in Phuket to explore the southern coast! Thanks for everything Jet :)

Everything was just great! The apartment was very clean! The kitchen had everything you need, the balcony has a washing machine and a drying rack. The territory of the complex is simply beautiful: a lot of swimming pools, parking (there were always free spaces), security. The location is just super! The beach is 7 minutes by bike, 7/11 and WeCafe - 1 minute by bike. The condominium is completely new, clean, well-maintained. The only downside is that the condo does not have a luggage storage room. If check out is at 12pm and departure is at 9pm, it is necessary to be with luggage all this time. At the reception, even for the money, they didn't want to look after the suitcases. But we left at our own risk and walked for 2 hours)

We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks. The location is perfect for such a period. If we would have stayed for a longer period, of course, the apartment should look for a bigger one. Overall it was great, clean cozy, lots of cool places in the neighborhood. In general, if you want to spend an unforgettable time in a place to eat this is what you need. Be immediately ready for the fact that 90% of your neighbors will be Russian-speaking)))

We had a great stay at Taweechai’s place! The location was perfect — surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops, yet the condo complex felt very private and secure. The apartment itself was stylish, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was also very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Rawai Villas and felt completely at home! The house is stylishly furnished, very clean, and the private pool is truly a highlight. The cleaning service twice a week was a big plus – everything was always spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV, which made our stay very comfortable. The house is a little older, and some small updates could be made, but that’s really just nitpicking on a very high level. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would love to come back. Victor was a great host – responsive, helpful, and welcoming.

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

I had an absolutely delightful Chinese New Year holiday at Tara's house. The house is beautifully designed and truly a dream home for me. Tara was incredibly thoughtful by preparing New Year decorations for us after learning that we were celebrating Chinese New Year there. Every facility in the house was complete, making our holiday extremely enjoyable. To our great surprise, Tara arranged for a housekeeper every day to tidy up the rooms and do our laundry. This is the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in.
