Within 5 mins walk of the picturesque ´slow´ village of Niguelas. Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra and skiing. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, gastronomy, lazing around pool or remote working. Great WiFi.

Ideal for disconnecting from the city, and taking a "nature bath". Located on a closed estate of 12 hectares of Mediterranean forest, with holm oaks, cork oaks and gall oaks among which walking will become a unique and relaxing experience. The cabin has all the amenities and is perfectly equipped.

Two-bedroom finca (sleeping 4) with en-suite bathrooms. For groups of 5 or 6, the Casita sleeps 2 more and can be rented in addition to the main house. Thoughtfully furnished and in a peaceful rural setting with private pool. Stunning views over the surrounding countryside. 12-15 minutes drive to villages with small shops, bars and restaurants. Fully-equipped kitchen. Free wi-fi and a desktop computer available. In July and August, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only.

Located at the entrance of the Finca, completely redone and renovated, we have created a small, warm, rustic, well insulated and comfortable house (swimming pool shared with Casita 2, open all year).

This lovely country home sleeps up to six people comfortably. It has two bathrooms, a living area, a dining room and full kitchen. The most impressive aspect of the house is its location which boasts panoramic views overlooking the mountainous valley, visually distinct with its terraced olive, orange and almond groves, among others. The property also has a garden and a small terrace with a BBQ and a wood fired oven.
