This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. Enjoy the hot tub, collect fresh chicken eggs, and breathe forest air!

Includes 120-acres of Alaskan wilderness with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, sleeps 6. The accommodations include a walk out, wrap-around balcony. The 1250 sqft suite is the entire 2nd floor of my home. It is accessed by its own staircase and balcony. A 3-mile hiking trail takes you to 5500 ft.
