Holiday rentals with beach access in Anchieta

House with a cool view of Valentine's Beach, facing the beach, close to bars, restaurants and supermarket. I didn't like the double bed, too uncomfortable, I literally slept in a hole. The mattress was deep at the extremities, forming a hole, where it was very uncomfortable to sleep.

Second time we stayed with Mosie and Evaldo. It is once again enchanted with the comfort, the view and the tranquility of the region. For those seeking rest and comfort, it is the right place (both the apt and the beach of Peracanga). Mosie and Evaldo always helpful, giving any and all necessary support. The apt is extremely comfortable, wonderful beds and showers, utensils for leisure on the beach and in the apt available, care in every detail, from decoration to communication. Looking forward to returning! Thanks Mosie and Evaldo, again. We felt at home!

Second time I've stayed and everything was great. It was extremely clean when I arrived. Suellen is proactive and responded super fast on Whats. I had an unforeseen number of guests and Suellen understood, she helped me resolve it. Super recommended and I intend to return more often.

Very nice apartment, the location facing the black sand beach and on the main avenue of the city. Both Jussara and Leonardo served me quickly and all the times I needed, the apartment was exactly the same as in the pictures and cleaned. We'll come back more often, thank you.

Very quiet place, very close to the deserta beach (turtle spawning site), close to the beach of Castelhanos that is very good. For those who like to know other beaches of the region the place is excellent, as it is right in the middle making it easy to move to other regions.

To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

Janielly and husband are amazing people, they received us as if we were from their own family, always ready to meet us and doing everything to make the stay the best possible, we found the house extremely clean and smelling, we do not need to worry about anything at all because the house had all the most necessary items such as glasses, jars, airfry, hairdry, iron and many other surprises. The mattresses in all the dorms were extremely soft and had quality sheets and pillows. The house had a beautiful decoration that allowed us to feel at home, in relation to the quality of the barbecue area it was our favourite part, not nullifying the other parts, we want to return soon.

New property, with easy access in a very quiet location. The pool is large enough for the number of guests. Castelhanos Beach is extremely pleasant and family-friendly. I suggest installing air equipment in all rooms (only one of the three had it), but nothing that the installed fan could not supply. The contact with the person in charge was always very cordial and polite, leaving nothing to be desired. I recommend it and will be back!

Estadia was without mishaps with everything working as advertised, all very clean. Just one observation. All the bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. But as I went in March and the temperature was very high air conditioning in the rooms would come in handy.

Great experience. Home very comfortable and well resolved. Stand in the sand and swimming pool with hydro a luxury. Perfect place for children, which always stood in plain sight.

The Gilmara space is amazing, amid many trees, filled with nature,a peace! Gilmara was extremely kind, we traveled with a family carrying a small child and a dog and there was no one who said that she was not at will, she received us with great affection, hinted from a taxi driver who picked us up at the airport! It was really sensational, this family trip was for the purpose of going to a wedding, the Gilmara space is close to some ceremonials, but we all leave with the feeling of wanting more! The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

Super cozy apartment, the balcony is very nice to stay and admire the scenery, very close to the beach, we felt at home.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

Our stay was great, we were very well received by Claudia who was very requested and welcomed us very well. The apartment is impeccable, equipped and very organized, has all the kitchen items and has a great location. We hope to return soon.

The apartment is spacious, well ventilated, cool, well lit and has a beautiful view from the balcony and the double bedroom. It's very close to two beaches, so we slept and woke up to the sound of the waves. Everything was very clean and fragrant. One item that left a little to be desired was the speed and quality of the internet, which does not reach the rooms well. Oh, and I missed a large full-length mirror, for us women to get ready. Apart from these details, everything was perfect! There is a wonderful restaurant nearby, Kebab's, which is worth visiting!!

At all times he tried to help us, we were very calm when arriving at the apartment, as it is exactly as in the description, the rooms are large and with great ventilation, the large kitchen with items necessary for a stay. All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.
