The property is an acre of land on the water with a 2-story building. The first floor has two 2-bedroom apartments and the second floor has a 3-bedroom unit. If you enjoy the outdoors, you will get a sense of being one with nature while enjoying a quiet morning walk on the beach or while witnessing an amazing sunset.
