Stunning location and property, we had the most glorious weekend here. If you’re looking for something special to relax this is the place to treat yourself. Loved every minute!

We thoroughly enjoyed our break to Planters House. If you are looking for a little slice of heaven you have found the right place. The gardens and pool area are so peaceful and the views are spectacular. Our room was great and the bathroom lovely too - I even had a nice bath one night. The staff are kind and attentive. We were given a plan for a hike up to Lipton’s Seat from the house. It was a particular highlight for us and we would highly recommend it. The journey up to the house was interesting but once you are there you don’t want to go back down anytime soon!

Great stay here! Location was perfect, it is quiet and peaceful but an easy short walk to the busy main street. Breakfast was lovely and the hosts are full of local knowledge. The room is very basic but fine for a few nights. We enjoyed our stay.

It was a really nice experience at Ella Alpine resort. Rooms are very clean and from the room there is a nice view to the mountains. Especially staff is very friendly and the location is few minutes away to the Ella town. Further the foods are very tasty 👌🏻

Caretakers are very friendly and can’t do enough, offering us a hot drink on arrival. The rooms are nice but the view is the show stopper. It’s unbelievably gorgeous and faces the sunrise, which you can watch at your leisure using the two chairs on the porch. You get a towel, toilet roll, soap and tea supplies included in the room. Some rooms have a fridge. The breakfast included is nice enough and there’s also a little cafe/restaurant just next to the property. Be mindful if you are disabled or elderly that there’s lots of steps to get to and from the room. It’s about 20 mins walk to the Main Street with plenty of shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here!

I wished there was a 6th star to rate this place. Honestly one of the most beautiful places we have been to. The view from the beautiful pool, the walks on the countryside from the house located on a remote location on the hills...will make your stay unforgettable. Magical place.

Great stay with an amazing view. Roshane was a great communicator before arrival and the staff at the accommodation were brilliant - very friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. We had such a good stay and an easy walk or tuk tuk into town. Breakfast was very good and with a great view too

Great value for the money you pay. Quiet location that is still close to the beach and city. Raffaella is a very friendly host and the entire Airbnb is kept in a very homely and simple way. Good breakfast. You have an outdoor shower and everything is open so you will come across some animals :)

Had a great time here, with incredible views. You can even see a waterfall from the room. It looked better than the pictures, and that was a plus.
