A brilliant place! The location is just impeccable! Restaurants are just 5 mins drive away, neighborhood is quiet and all the other places of interest are reasonably close by (20mins drive from the Hot Springs, Cape Schanck, Enchanted Maze, etc). All necessities are in place prior to our arrival and Fiona made sure that they are sufficient for the length of our stay. Fiona was very welcoming and accommodating too! :) Even though we have listed our arrival as 3pm, due to some changes to our schedule, she encouraged us to be there as early as 12.30pm so that we could make full use of our time in Dromana. We love it! :)

We had a lovely experience in a beautiful apartment, clean and had everything we needed. Very relaxing with beautiful gardens and surrounds.

Barb's attention to detail was absolutely incredible! She has thought of everything to make your stay the best it can possibly be. From relaxing music playing as we walked through the door to the hand written note on the bed & welcome sign on the patio. Super comfortable bed, huge bath, stocked fridge, towels for the beach and a friendly dog named Willow! Your home away from home. I can't way to stay here again!

Barb couldn't have been a more hospitable host. My fiancé and I spent our first night engaged here and Barb had a bottle of sparkling wine chilling in the fridge and recommended places for our dinner. The house comes with anything you may need including kitchenware. Thank you so much Barb!

I had the best break staying with Barbara. I went down with my two dogs and it was perfectly setup and very accommodating. And willow her puppy was THE best playmate for my puppy. The place was set out beautifully and with everything you need for a very comfortable stay.

It was wonderful to meet Helen and both her house and caravan were perfect! The caravan was super cozy and close to Dromana and all of the other great sights on the Mornington Peninsula.

I had a really good stay with helen. She was very helpful when making arrangements and made me feel very welcome in her home. The caravan was ideal for me well presented and with all of the essentials you could need. I would highly recommend staying here with good access to the rest if the peninsular. I look forward to staying with helen again.

Helen is a great host. Here camper van is a joy to stay in surrounded by lush green gardens and easy access to the house facilities. Feel free to talk about travel with Helen, she is an keen traveller herself.

Louise’s home was very cosy and located amongst greenery with great views of the bay. We were pleasantly surprised by the piano! (My partner produces music and plays piano so this was a wining feature). Everything was extremely clean and Louise was very flexible with check-in and check-out. Loiuse is very friendly and a wonderful host. She made us feel very welcome and left thoughtful notes around the house to explain where certain items where or how to operate the TV. The location has wonderful views with a private balcony with seating so it was nice to breakfast outside overlooking the bay. It's also very close to nearby attractions like the Arthur's Seat Eagle, horse riding etc by car. The accommodation was very cozy, neat, clean and comfortable, even the sofa bed which was already set up for us. The fridge was well stocked with jams, spreads, milk, bread etc and the was a lovely selection of teas and cereals for breakfast as well as plenty of cutlery and plates. Linens and towels were provided, they were clean and the entire lodging was very lovingly maintained. Only minor con was that the walls/ceiling was very thin so you could hear the upstairs music and tread of the host and her family that had come to stay however they woke and slept at a very reasonable time therefore it was no inconvenience. The bathroom, shower and fridge/kettle/toaster etc were all in the same area/room therefore if you want to make a pot of tea whilst someone is showering, it's best to put the toaster and kettle in the living area however that was only a minor inconvenience and does not detract from the overall charm of the lodging. I highly recommend this host to anyone wanting a weekend getaway in Dromana.

Louise is a great host, welcomed us when we arrived and was very accommodating with our arrival time. The place is amazing and comfortable for the two of us. It is in a great place to use as a base to explore the area. We made good use of the balcony as the nights were warm, it's a little hidden away surrounded by trees and a great space to relax with some local wine. We were also visited by a curious parrot!

great location and so close to the beach. My sister stayed down there as it was close to the hot springs (only 15 minutes away). the house was presented very well. the beds were super comfortable. great place to relax after an afternoon at the hot springs. Sasha was very quick to respond to messages and made us feel very welcomed. We are very keen to plan our next trip down the peninsula with Sasha's place in mind to stay.

This place is amazing. Very unassuming exterior, but inside - the biggest TV ever (with Netflix), every appliance you can think of, stylish, roomy and super clean interior, a pantry and fridge/freezer stacked with everything you need and complimentary snacks! So good.

They can expect to be staying at an apartment that is what you see in the pictures. Plus the amenities and support Sasha at the very least offers is more than you would expect. Worth every dollar

Cosy accommodation with a very comfortable bed. It was quite cold when we visited but the studio was snug with lots of blankets.

We had a fantastic time at Sean’s place. The views were breathtaking and we loved the layout of the house and styling. Sean was explicit with instructions and gave some great ideas on things to do in the area. Sean was very prompt in communication and extremely organised. The house was only a short drive to the shops. We would highly recommend his place and stay again!

Sean’s place has a truly spectacular view and is perfectly located to explore the best of the Mornington Peninsula. Sean was also a super responsive host who had lots of great local tips. We would love to return and just sit on that balcony for a few days!

The view when you walk in truly takes your breath away and it’s one you can spend hours looking at Port Philip Bay and all its changes. Comfortable and warm for our very cold Winter stay with great beds and pillows and ample extra blankets. Very clean with basic kitchen supplies.

We loved our time at Noelene's hideaway in the trees. It was wonderful just sitting on the day bed on the deck watching the rosellas and lorikeets feeding - we could happily have spent all our time on the Peninsula there. The cottage is beautifully designed and equipped with everything you might need and a lot more besides - the attention to detail throughout was superb. Noelene was the most helpful and welcoming host you could imagine - nothing seemed too much trouble - and all the extras she provided really did make us feel special.

Noelene and Michael greeted us on our arrival and made us very welcome. The cottage was beautifully clean and spacious, warm (loved the extra blankets) and the view was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped and the breakfast supplies were generous and tasty. We would not hestitate to recommend the cottage and come back again!

Loved our weekend stay at Kim's house. It has a lovely deck area for a few relaxing drinks in the afternoon complete with a hot tub which was a nice touch. Inside was really nicely decorated and very comfortable. I will be back for sure!

My husband, fur baby and I had a lovely stay at this property. We loved the balcony was secure to leave our dog in and enjoyed having a wine in the spa overlooking the beautiful views of Dromana. The house was very clean, beautifully styled and had all the amenities required. Kim’s responses were quick and I would highly recommend this Airbnb for a relaxing stay away.

The house was a great base to explore the Mornington Peninsula. The views from the back veranda were amazing and the house was clean, spacious, well equipped and very stylish. It was great to only be a couple of minutes from the bay beach, shops and restaurants of Dromana but also only 5 minutes from Red Hill and the wineries, breweries and more rural side of the peninsula. The hot tub was a great bonus.

We had a great stay! The house is superbly located and very well decorated. The second bedroom very comfortably accommodated three adults and a child. Would make it a little more convenient if there was an additional powder room/toilet. Look forward to coming back.

We had a lovely extra long weekend at Kim’s place. Loved the comfy bed and views of the ocean which you can see from the bedroom! Kim also organised a portacot for our little one too which was amazing!

What a beautiful property, so warm, comfortable and fascinating in its construction. We were greeted by two gorgeous dogs and had a tour of the house by Krispy who gave us just the right amount of assistance and privacy as we needed.The holistic approach and spiritual nature is apparent everywhere from the goats, llamas, horses and chooks to the artisticly planted gardens, statues, rich timber-work and glorious stained glass of the music room. The place is well situated close to all peninsula attractions and we'll certainly be back for more little trips in the future. Thanks Debra and Krispy

I originally booked this property believing it was the entire house as per the advertisement only to arrive and know the owner lives underneath the property and the stairwell connected to them. I felt a little uneasy knowing the owner had total access whilst we were sleeping.. The photos also show a nice little Bali area outside but this is directly in the owners front door so it was a real disconnect to this property. The parking was also an issue - We couldn't use the garage - we had to park the car adjacent from the stairs which was awkward to get in and out of and we had a small but expensive car. The couches in the TV area were so hard and uncomfortable that we watched TV on our Laptop in bed. With only 1 bathroom and the toilet in the same area we felt it might have been an issue should there of been more people. The Pro's - The views :-) Also the house was lovely and clean, nice linen and the breakfast was a nice little gift. Thanks for a nice stay unfortunately we felt it might have been overpriced.

It was a great experience. We were blown away by the views, quick walk to the beach, lovely/new/quality amenities, quiet location and gracious hosts. For those who don't know the location, the local beach is less than 2 minutes walk and very clean and safe and perfect for swimming. The apartment is a lovely open plan and very quiet. We especially loved the view from the rooftop on New Years Eve. There was also plenty of basics in the kitchen - oil, butter, glad wrap, foil, sauce etc...which makes life easier. Loved it, will go back again one day.

Lucia was amazing! Extremely accommodating & lovely the whole time. Excellent house and prime location!!!

A wonderfully located and appointed property, Lucia was very welcoming and provided a good overview at check-in. It was sensationally clean and comfortable with all you could need for a stay. A few points: - Linen Charge $25 p/person was only advised by email a few days before arrival and did not form part of the booking cost upfront - even though Airbnb allows this kind of fee to be charged up front. (plus insistence on linen charge to be paid in Cash!). Basically added over 15% to cost of stay - nasty surprise and excessive. - Several items in the fridge were months out of date. Nice to leave them for people to use but it needs to be safe. - The apartment has a large number of stickers on the walls with rules and warnings - felt like a school trip rather than a holiday place. - The house manual should really by transposed and uploaded to airbnb property posting for people to read up front. Don't get me wrong - it was a lovely place, Lucia was a gracious and lovely host and would recommend for the location but just be aware of the above so there's no surprises.

The apartment is spacious, new and ideally placed for beach, shops, local cafes and many fantastic places of interest. Lucia was kind & welcoming and the provision of fruit toast, milk, tea, coffee and fruit was much appreciated. The apartment is comfy, modern, very clean and inviting. There is ample wardrobe storage in the huge main bedroom and in the children's room where there is also a second TV, however there was no room in the small second adult's bedroom for any wardrobe storage although there is a very small drawer unit. The inclusion of a hairdryer, soaps, shampoo and cleaning products in the delightful and tastefully furnished modern bathroom were most welcome touches. Dining on the roof top terrace overlooking the bay view was very pleasant. A washer, dryer, iron and a fabulous fully fitted kitchen as well as books, games and movies for the evenings or inclement weather made our stay a wonderful home away from home. Of slight detraction, the cute Occupied or Vacant signs hung on the 2-way bathroom doors were a helpful and delightful touch but the lack of lockable doors to the bathroom/WC was somewhat bothersome to our party. Overall, these were minor issues and did not overly affect our enjoyment of Lucia's wonderful property. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would certainly book a further stay in the future. We would highly recommend this property.

Great spot to stay if your a Golfer and looking to experience the Mornington Peninsula, only 15 mins to all the great sand belt courses, very clean and tidy and well equipped little kitchen and the beds were great, nice pillows also. Highly recommendable.

Kern is a fantastic host. We had welcome snacks and wine upon check in. We were their first ever guest and renovation was only recently completed. There were hence a few hiccups but didn't spoil our experience. The location is good, driving distance to beach and only 10 minutes drive to Enchanted Maze.

The pano beach shack is a very comfortable well-appointed home with a beautiful bay view. Our hosts Kern and Hema were very helpful. We loved the fresh flowers they left for us and the welcoming bottle of wine. Thank you. We had a great stay with our grandchildren who enjoyed the spacious deck and outdoor area, and back yard.

Myself and girl friends visited Dromana for the week end and loved our stay here! The property is renovated beautifuly and has gorgeous outside areas (from the front deck you can even see the water!) The beds were very comfortable and whole place was exceptionally clean. Kerns hospitality also made our stay very comfortable and she went to so many lengths making sure we would have everything we needed (including a welcome bottle of wine!) I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends!!!

A most comfortable experience! The accommodation was clean, tidy and loved the private sauna. Everything was accounted for and fortunately the weather was amazing when we were there- breathtaking views from the deck! Loretta was very welcoming and was flexible with out check out times leaving us enough time to enjoy the place and view as we had checked in considerably late. Would definitely return.

Our experience at McCrae Lighthouse Retreat was simply delightful. From the moment we stepped in we were pleasantly surprised by the little surprises Dot had left to make the experience extra special. From a delicious platter of cheese and crackers, fresh milk, chocolates to a pair of bikes for a relaxing ride on the coastline... Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway in this beautiful part of Australia.

Could there be a more perfect B&B? We think not. We came to the Mornington Pennisula for a romantic getaway and wine tasting this weekend. Arriving here, we were greeted by the lovely Dot, we instantly fell in love with the retreat! Dot is the most delightful host, we were very impressed by her attention to detail and thoughtfulness. The retreat has been kept immaculately, and is beautifully presented. We loved our stay, Thank you!

What a magnificent trip! Before we had even arrived, Dot had gone out of her way to accommodate us by checking out local dog kennels after we unexpectedly needed to bring our puppy along. Check in was easy and Dot welcomed us by showing us around the retreat and making some recommendations for dinner. We were excited to find wine, cheese and biscuits, chocolates and other sweet treats waiting for us in the retreat. The breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed choosing from the various outdoor spaces to sit. It felt very private and secluded, even though we were close to the beach and cafés. We had planned to go out for dinner but found that we didn't want to leave and instead chose to make the most of the inviting accommodation. We will most definitely be returning to this beautiful getaway and we thank Dot for her attention to detail that went toward making this a very special stay. We only wish it was longer!

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at Dot's Lighthouse Retreat, which we booked as part of a weekend away to celebrate a special occasion. The apartment is luxurious and secluded and all the extra welcoming touches are very thoughtful and much appreciated. Our expectations were well exceeded despite all the preceding glowing reviews. The private unit was beautiful and clean. Dot was lovely host. And with the beach and cafe in walking distance it is absolutely the perfect gateway place. highly recommend.

Dot’s place was a dream. Incredible hospitality and fantastic location, a hop skip and jump from the beach. The guesthouse was impeccable, Dot has thought of everything! We were able to enjoy a relaxing weekend on the Peninsula. Would highly recommend this retreat for singles and couples!

I booked McCrea Retreat for my parents as a birthday present to my father. They loved the stay. The place was just what they wanted and Dot was lovely to accommodate early check in. The parents found the location was suburb and was a short drive to all the main towns.

Dot is a wonderful host! She welcomed us warmly and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The apartment was stunning. Our every possible need was catered for. Dot has clearly put a lot of thought into every detail. This was a perfect weekend getaway in an amazing location with luxury accommodation. Can't wait to go back.

There was also a beautiful garden and the house was close to shops and the beach. Would highly recommend this property.

Great views, ideal for a getaway. BBQ on the balcony is fantastic and the backyard is a great space to chill out. Close to the fantastic winery region and the Red Hill markets, recommended :)

This place was amazing! Check in was so easy and the place was spotless when we came, will definitely come back if I am wanting to come to the area again! Pool was absolutely gorgeous and the touch of a surfboard outdoor shower is genius! Only side note that no kitchen aids were provided such as baking paper, salt and pepper etc. Definitely recommend!

Great location and exactly as described! It was only a short flat walk to the beach and shops. The yard was very dog friendly and would also be child friendly. We appreciated that the front yard was also fully fenced which meant it was safe loading the dogs in and out of the cars. We highly recommend the dog beach at Tassells Cove and it's only a short drive from Juliett's place. We would happily stay again next time we visit the Peninsula.

Great beach house for families. Plenty of room in and outside.

Such an amazing place it felt like home as soon as we got there. Very clean and spacious. The beds and the towels were so fresh and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The back yard is so big and clean it was great for outdoor games. My daughter and I loved the tree and swing in the front yard , it was was so relaxing, best spot for our morning coffee and the house is so close to the shops and beach. We will definitely be coming back hopefully soon

Nice, modern cabin with all amenities needed for a short stay. It accommodates for a family with two young children but not for 6 adults, due to the small size of the 2 top bunk beds. The cabin itself was nicely renovated we had a very pleasant stay.

This is a farmhouse with unique art style , 5 minutes drive to the beach and 20 minutes to the hot springs.

We loved the house and surroundings, it felt like home. The Yoga feel of the house is very relaxing. The best beaches and parks are near. A great place to stay!

Debra and Krispy are fantastic hosts with a beautiful property in an extremely convenient location to Dromana and the rest of Mornington Peninsula. Our room was lovely, really nicely furnished and private with our own bathroom. The extra single bed in the room was perfect for us and our two year old who especially loved having his own big boy bed. The property is a gorgeous farm with plenty of animals to see and take in the views which we unfortunately didn't have the most time to enjoy on this trip but it was a great property to stay at rather than being in the middle of town. It was really wonderful to have been able to get away for a day and stay at Debra's beautiful house. We were warmly welcomed and spent a quiet day at the beach and at home with our little one. It is amazing to see how much dedication has gone into building and looking after their house and paddock. Thank you for having us!

We had a perfect stay. From the moment we drove onto the property we knew we would. Horses, alpacas, goats and beautiful gardens. Debra and her dogs were there to greet us as we arrived. The house is beautiful- exactly how the pictures show it, but more striking in real life. It was spotless as well. 5 minute drive to crittenden winery and about the same to dromana beach- perfect location. We'll definitely be back- would highly recommend!

Beautiful people, beautiful property and beautiful location! Deb and Krispy were so lovely and welcoming and great for a yarn. They showed their veges and their animals. We had a great play with the adorable baby goats. The house itself is beautiful. We loved the design, the feeling and the comfort. The CDs and player were a nice bonus and the incense ensured the house always smelled great. What a shame that we could only stay for a night!

We spent only one night here and loved it! Unfortunately my daughter got sick over night and I do apologize for the extra washing it has caused. She said she loved the experience too! Your dogs are super friendly & we would've happily stayed a bit longer if we could've. One night doesn't allow enough time to truly enjoy all that your house has to offer. Maybe some other time, with the whole family!

Room was very nice and homely. There was a beautiful tea and coffee set provided and everything looked exactly the same as in images. Would definitely stay again, it would be particularly beautiful in summer.

A lovely studio apartment with amazing sea views. I had a great sleep in the comfy bed and loved the peaceful surrounds. Meny was a great host, she was flexible with our arrival time and welcomed us on arrival. The studio was private and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing views, amazing property to stay at

Very nice place. I would happily recommend to other guests. Just make sure you have a car as the area in general is a little remote. It was our first time visiting the area so luckily we had hired a car.

A lovely house set up in the hills with the most amazing views. Jeremy was great to communicate with and the house more than exceed our expectations. It was a lovely walk into Dromana. The house is exactly as described. It is spacious, clean and well equipped. The location near the beach is excellent and it is a pleasant safe walk to shops and cafes in Dromana. We had a lovely weekend and would be very happy to stay again. Communication with the host was exceptional.

Beautiful clean house. Ai easily contactable, quick reply’s. Handy check in with code. Very hot upstairs; only split system aircon downstairs with small portable coolers in bedrooms. Hard beds that would be difficult to sleep on for extended stays.

Heather was an amazing host! The extra touches were much appreciated (like the choccies!) and access to some staple pantry items was very handy. The unit has everything you could possibly need, and more. The location was ideal, with a walk to the beach taking less than 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at the apartment - it was extremely close to the beach and local eateries and the supermarket, and was brand new, sparkling clean and had an excellent view. Paul's place is wonderful and although he was unable to meet us on the day to open up, we were able to access the home with ease. Amenities are as described and the place is sparkling clean with wonderful views and access to all the major sites on the Mornington Peninsula. Highly recommend this as a great getaway for any couple or family.

Pink Flamingo apartment was a beautiful space, well decorated and thought out. Extreamly accommodating for not only the 4 of us but our furbaby too. I really liked the effort that went into the breakfast hamper and the amazing book/ guide for staying here. The outside shower is a great area and the lockable areas were great for the dog. Really close walk to the beach and beautiful marina. Thanks

Sarah is a fantastic host who was quick to answer any of my concerns. The apartment is in a fantastic location a short walk away from amazing beach. Checking in and out was smooth and easy. I would like to stay here again on my next trip to Mornington.

Wow! What an amazing stay we had at the Pink Flamingo. Sarah is an amazing host, who is super quick to respond in communication and has added special touches to the Pink Flamingo to make our stay even more wonderful- the breakfast hamper in particular was so thoughtful. The space is as you see it in photos- the bathroom is small, but nothing that takes away from your experience. We had our greyhound Mac along for the trip- the place was big enough to accommodate him and the dog bed provided was adequate. The Pink Flamingo is super close to an amazing dog beach- a definite highlight for us (and Mac!). Thanks so much for a great stay, Sarah!

Sarah and Chris were wonderful hosts and their apartment is fantastic. The space has been tastefully decorated and has all you could need for a relaxing beach holiday (including picnic basket and shade tent). We had a wonderful time at Safety Beach and would love to return for a longer stay!
