Capulana 5 is located in the center of Icaraí de Amontada, 150 meters from the beach and a short walk to all the main restaurants, markets and bars. It is a house built in 2021 and belongs to the Casa Capulanas condominium. The house is in front of a large swimming pool and has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, hot water in the bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a large balcony with a barbecue. The house has wifi, TV and parking space.

We are located in the center of Icaraizinho de Amontada where everything is done on foot without having to use the car to go to the beach , restaurants or to the square. Two suites are provided, each with a full kitchen - range, minibar, sandwich maker, blender, gelagua, dishes, cutlery.
