It is close to the University of Jordan. The owner lives in the same building. There is a garden for guests' use. It has a private sitting area, and it is great for having a BBQ. Electrify under guest's account not including with the rent.

My apartment has nice living room open to the kitchen and dining area with central A C. 2 nice and designed bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a parking. ** Fiber internet. Watchman / Guard to serve when in need.
