Yasmine and Sami’s place at La Marsa is in a stunning neighbourhood with breath taking views. The apartment is right in between La Marsa and the touristy town of Sidi Bu Said, steps away from the seaside, a 10 minute walk to an incredible fresh food market, the beautiful corniche in La Marsa, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a perfect size for a small family and has everything you need. It is well protected from the sun, so it must feel like an oasis in the summer time. It is so quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for a month and we felt right at home. Sami and Yasmine are kind, warm, hospitable and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their apartment.

My family had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb close to the beach. The house was absolutely wonderful! The authentic decor and blue color of Sidi Bou Said do wonders! The place was spotlessly cleaned and tidy, which made them feel comfortable as soon as they arrived. The kindness and availability of Lady Kenza was much appreciated, she was always there to help them in case of need. They highly recommend this experience, and can't wait to come back soon! Too bad I wasn't with them, I would definitely visit this Airbnb!

We really enjoyed Thomas’s place over the Eid weekend. We wanted something private and peaceful where we could swim in the sea and drive to nearby hiking spots. We also enjoy cooking and appreciated that the kitchen had everything we needed. Thomas is super responsive and helpful, it was easy to get access to the room and the place is lovely and well set up - looks exactly like the photos! We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to go back.

It's a shame you only exchanged by message. We regretted the lack of an electric kettle and tea towels. We reported it but were unsuccessful. Each room is missing at least one chair . Otherwise it was very good.

We had an amazing stay at this place, the host was super responsive and very helpful, which I think is really important when coming from abroad. Also the view from the terrace was outstanding. The area was really quiet and close to nice places (10mins drive it is easy to get a taxi there). The flat was spacious and we all had a lot of space and privacy which was great. Would go there again on my next trip to Tunis

The house is lovely. The top floor has been remodeled and looks wonderful. The ground level floor, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and dining room were lovely. Kitchen cabinets need work - they were damaged. A few small things ... the small coffee pot that uses pods didn't work, the basement level was unusable due to smell of fresh paint(it was fine the day before we left) and we could have used more towels. An extra set of keys would have been helpful. Otherwise - extremely quiet and peaceful area and very spacious home. Thank you Tarek.

We had a pleasant stay in this large house! Spacious and very well equipped, it offers all the comforts necessary for a stay with family or friends. The private swimming pool with no neighbours opposite is a real plus, ideal for relaxing at any time of the day. The location is perfect: the house is located in a quiet neighborhood while being close to all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, cafes) and only a few minutes' walk from the beach. An excellent starting point to discover La Marsa, Sidi Bou Saïd and the surrounding area. We particularly enjoyed the garden, the sunny terrace, the many bathrooms as well as the fully equipped kitchen. My mother and aunt felt at home. The hosting was warm and professional. I recommend this house without hesitation for a peaceful and successful holiday by the sea!

Definitely the most beautiful Airbnb accommodation I've ever stayed in! Book here and you won't be disappointed! Sara's house is located in the heights of Sidi Bou Said with a magnificent terrace and rooftop pool, sea view, in a bucolic setting. The interior is sublime, decorated like a museum with very beautiful pieces of art. "There, everything is order and beauty, luxury, calm and pleasure." The centre of the village is a 2-minute walk, the beach is also close. There were 6 of us, as a family, and we had a wonderful stay. Finally Sara is kind, responsive and accommodating. She gave us many contacts, I recommend you call the cook and the masseuse who made our stay sublime. Thanks again Sara!

We had a great holiday, the pool is a real plus with student temperatures, the beach is a 5-minute walk. And Mr Chemseddinne and very kind and very helpful thank you again for his holidays which went well

We had a great stay! The apartment was cozy, clean, and just like the pictures. The pool was nice and well-maintained, and the neighborhood was lively with everything easily accessible nearby. Check-in was smooth thanks to the clear instructions, and communication with the host was excellent — Mehdi was responsive and helpful throughout. I highly recommend.

I had a great time at this amazing one-bedroom villa; it was even better than I expected! As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by the cosy and gentle vibe. The inside was nicely designed with modern furniture and special details that gave it a comfortable, homely vibe. The living space was roomy and cosy, just right for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. What a lovely bedroom! It's snug and elegant, with a comfy bed perfect for a good night's rest. On top of everything, the villa was spotlessly clean, making my stay even more relaxing. The views from the living room were exceptional! Plus, the host's attention to detail and the extras provided really took the experience up a notch! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook up a storm, from pots and pans to tools and gadgets. Plus, the villa included high-speed internet, which is great for keeping in touch and having fun while you're not out and about. My time in this villa was very outstanding!

The place is right by the beach and the view from the balcony is really an absolute highlight. Ahmed himself is very nice and was great to reach 24/7. He picked us up from the airport and offered to take us back to the airport. The people on the beach were all very nice and helpful. All in all it was a really nice stay and a nice break away from everyday life.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in La Marsa! The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living space. The neighborhood was peaceful yet vibrant, just a short walk away from the beach, local cafés, and great restaurants. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. I truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Sidi Bou Said is a wonderful artist village with very nice cafes . The apartment is below the village on the beach. The apartment is tastefully decorated, a small outdoor area invites you to linger. Best orange juice at the kiosk and Sami tip top as a landlord.

The place is exactly as it is described and better. We enjoyed it, and the communication was easy.

The place is beautiful. I love the style with stones and beige marble everywhere. Perfectly equipped. At night you can hear the road a little in 2 of the bedrooms because they are on the road side (it is not a very busy road however). The master bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) is quieter because on the harbor side. The rest of the accommodation is very quiet. The location is great, in a clean and quiet area of Tunis. Hedia welcomed us very warmly and made himself available even at 5am for our departure! We felt really good in this place. We would make the same choice again without hesitating!

Great and spacious place. Great location, Olfa is an awesome communicator as well. I recommend a few improvements such as including a floor tug at the bathroom, coffee and sugar in the kitchen. Thank you for your hospitality
