Exactly what we were looking for, a nice place in the country that was close to towns and chateaux we could explore. We are a group who likes cooking and were easily able to do so in the nice kitchen oozing with French charm. Plus the beds were very comfortable, always a plus when traveling. The setting was abundant with beautiful flowers in bloom, chickens clucking peacefully, and a horse in the field. It was really wonderful. We appreciated that Odette came out to meet us and to make sure we knew where everything was.

The cottage matches the photos and is within walking distance 10 min from the centre. The welcome was simply directly with Christine and warmly. It was late May and the small garden is perfect for breakfast or relaxing after a day, surrounded by greenery and calm. The interior of the cottage is functional and tasteful. The bathroom is modern and well redone. Christine also gave us advice about the shops nearby. A cottage that we highly recommend.

We had a wonderful week in Jocelyne's well-kept cottage! A lovely garden with various seating areas and beautiful views of the Loire. In June, the roses are in full bloom. The cottage is well equipped, and has a French cozy atmosphere. The bedroom is spacious and has a good bed. Communication with Jocelyne was friendly and fast. The area offers many opportunities for beautiful bike rides (e.g. Chambord castle) or walks along the Loire. In short, a nice B&B!

the place is beautiful and very well maintained, ideal for children, there are 3 cottages in the same place we had the one upstairs very cute, 1 bedroom under the roofs and the living room also so 2 rooms rather hot. the host was very nice, we were able to arrive at 4pm instead of 6pm.

We enjoyed ourselves. Perfect. Obviously, we'll be back. Thank you very much.

Bénédicte is a very responsive and pleasant host. His accommodation, located in a quiet residence with parking space, allowed us to be close to the Beauval zoo park. Everything is as described. Clean, tidy, and arranged. The instructions were very clear. We had to rent her other accommodation on a different date, having had an organisational problem she was very understanding and accommodating. Jean Philippe was wonderful. He met us and showed us the apartment and explained how to use all the items. The apartment is very quiet and is in a beautiful courtyard. The coffee machine gave us the best coffee so far on our trip. I really appreciate that Jean Philippe supplied us with lots of coffee. These little details make a huge difference. We loved the location. The bed and the bath were very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice apartment ideally located for those who like the old quarter of Tours and all its shops, bars and restaurants. Difficult access by car (pedestrian access) and complicated parking because of the historic centre of Tours, but I think this accommodation also offers a parking space which is ideal. In short, a very nice location and impeccable, atypical and very pleasant accommodation

You can't find a better service that perfectly matches the description on the site. The humility of our hosts in relation to their "novitiate" in AirB&B and their desire to receive any criticism or proposal for improvement are very commendable. But as it is stated in many reviews published before mine, Jean-Noël and Cathy are already at the top. Also, any improvements will be minor details compared to the general situation. Thanks again to them for the pleasant stay we had at their place.

Very well-equipped apartment. Everything is sparkling clean. Within cycling distance of the city center with many restaurants. The bakery is within walking distance to get delicious baguettes in the morning and more. Supermarkets are also in short proximity. Bicycles could be safely stored in the basement room on the bottom left of the apartment building and the wagon can be placed in the open parking space with enclosed bareel. Places too over to park.👌👍

Dominique was very welcoming and helped carry our bags up to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The location was convenient for access to the old town and free parking nearby. We think our baby woke up the next door neighbour in the middle of the night, which we are sorry about 🫣 but we would stay again if Dominique would have us!

We just returned from our stay in Blois and we were very satisfied with the residence. The location is amazing and the house was a great value compared to others we researched. We ate lovely meals there with food from the local shops and enjoyed the view. There are a few caveats to share that didn't negatively impact our stay, but should be shared for clarity. There are two toilettes in the house on two different level and they are shared by all guests. There are in-room bathing and sinks in each bedroom, but only one room has a stand up shower. The other two are designed to combine with a bath. There is another shower on the main level, but it is not as convenient as having it in-room. There is also no realistic parking on site and the center town is crowded. We used the paid parking that is very close and convenient, but was an extra 15 euro per day. Lastly, it is good to know this is an old building with neighbors, so there is some noise. Our co-host was also fantastic. Merci!

We had a great time at Bertrand's place. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and pool. The listing matches the photos and descriptions perfectly. We'll be happy to go back! Thanks for the stay.
