1940’s Original Kintail Beach Cottage

This original cottage was built in approx. 1940 and includes a beautiful beach stone fireplace. Thoughtful renovations have been recently completed to provide comfort in an incredibly unique space. Kintail beach is about 100 steps from the cottage and you will be amazed to hear the sound of the waves from every room! The cottage features a comfortable layout with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a sunroom with stunning views of the lake no matter what the weather brings. Prepare to indulge in beautiful sunsets, panoramic water views and the serenity of lakeside living.

Nov 1 to early May the cabin is partially OFF GRID- No running water/shower/indoor bathroom at this time. Water is provided with water dispenser//outhouse cleaned between guests. Sauna & roto spa tub available yr round. Pet friendly// 1 dog per booking with pet fee. Cabin heated by wood stove in the winter months and supplemented with a mini split heater. Firewood/kindling provided. Summer/fall 2025 there may be some construction noise during your stay due to development in the area.

This 3 bedroom cottage with all the comforts of home is located at the Famous Boiler Beach. Private outdoor deck and fire pit. Bring your bike and follow the Great Lakes Waterfront Trail. Wind down your day with the World famous Sunsets. Walk, run or drive to downtown Kincardine, markets, golfing and the Boardwalk. Due to Covid, not all attractions and dining may be open. Our cottage is family friendly. We have initiated additional cleaning protocols for your safety.
