The guest cabin is located in the front with a shared bathroom and shower. The boat has fresh water and is heated and isolated. The roof is water proofed and walls sound prooffed better in jan. 2025. The front deck has coffee table and chairs for guests with a view of the channel towards Our Saviours Church.

Der er flere Caferer og restauranter i gåfstand + Waterfront shopping center med mange forskellige forretninger, det ligger 3 min. gåafstand fra sejlbåden. Der er aftensol på båden og den smukkeste udsigt over Øresund der er adgang til Grill med borde og bænke, Toilet & bad på havnen og mulighed for at vaske tøj.
