Tæt på Nyhavn, Tivoli, Refshaleøen, Christianshavn, det gamle København samt vand, strand og rekreative områder. Fra altanen kan man lørdag aften se fyrværkeriet i Tivoli. Der er en stor legeplads med boldbane, sandkasse, gynger m.m. lige ved siden af bygningen. 8 minutters gang til metrostation.

Lejligheden har et stort køkken, stor stue, stort soveværelse med queen size seng, og et mindre soveværelse med adgang til en sød lille altan. Røgfrit hjem. Vi har en kat, som ikke vil være til stede under din lejeperiode – vær opmærksom på dette, hvis du har allergi. Børneværelset åbnes ved 6 personer med børn. Familie venlig og rolig. Ingen fester.
